組織支持、心理資本和健康影響國中教師工作倦怠之研究

The Influences of Organization Support, Psychological Capital and Health on Job Burnout of Junior High School Teachers

摘要


本文驗證台灣國中教師組織支持、心理資本與健康對於工作倦怠之關係,此研究符合近年研究正向心理學趨勢,對正向心理學發展提供了更多的證據。本研究以台中市、雲林縣、嘉義縣市、台南市及高雄縣市等公立國民中學教師為研究對象,總共發出300份問卷,有效問卷250份。並以描述性統計、因素分析以及WarpPLS驗證組織支持、心理資本以及主觀健康知覺對國中教師的工作倦怠的影響關係。本研究結果如下:影響教師工作倦怠的主要變項為心理資本,其次為教師主觀健康,再者為組織支持。最後提供建議教育領導者新的方向,即良好的心理資本可以降低教師工作倦怠感的發生。

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships among organization support, psychological capital, health and job burnout for junior high school teachers. This study used the questionnaire survey. The study meets the trend of researching positive psychology in recent years and provides more evidence for the development of the positive psychology. The samples were junior high teachers in Taichung, Yulin, Chiayi, Tainan and Kaohsiung . There were 300 questionnaires issued, and 250 valid questionnaires were available. The study used descriptive statistics, factor analysis and WarpPLS to analyze the data. The results are described below: psychological capital is the main factor that impacts on job burnout, the second is teacher’s health status awareness, and the last is organization support. Finally, this study offered recommendation for educational leaders that good psychological capital can decrease teacher’s job burnout.
