本研究旨在探討護理人員對災難護理之認知和相關教育課程需求。方法:採立意取樣,以參與災難護理研討會的護理人員為收案對象,使用自擬結構自陳式問卷(Cronbach’s α=0.87)進行資料收集;研究收集之資料以SPSS 17.0版套裝軟體進行分析,設定α=0.05為顯著水準;且以百分比、平均數、標準差呈現描述性統計資料結果。結果:有效問卷共112份(回收率=74.6%);研究對象以工作於精神科領域(68.9%)、己婚(63.39%)和有救災經驗者(75.89%)居多;教育課程需求則以急性壓力自我評估與處理(M=4.84)最高、其次為外傷急救知能(M=4.52)及防疫管理等課程(M=4.51)。結論:本研究結果可作為規劃災難護理訓練課程、學校護理教育或相關研究之參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the concept and educational need of disaster nursing. We adopted the following methods and procedures: firstly, purposeful sampling was used to collect response from the respondent who was registered nurse and participated in disaster nursing conference, 2010. Secondly, a structural questionnaire with self-report scales (Cronbach’s α=0.87) was used in this studyin order to collect data from participants. Thirdly, the responses to the questionnaire were numerically coded and analyzed using SPSS 17.0 for windows. Finally, the majority of responses were analyzed usingdescriptive statistics such as percentage, mean, standard deviation. The result shows that the majority participants are those who are married (63.39%), have worked in psychiatric area (68.9%), and have had disaster rescue experiences (75.89%); as to self-assessment for acute stress shows (M=4.84), but wound care (M=4.52) and quarantine (M=4.51) turns out the most needed educational courses. Conclusion: the study provides information for the nursing curriculum, in-service course development, and as well as future research as reference.
