摘要


本論文『開放式模組化閘道器應用於居家照護系統』,目的是為居民提供更有效率之健康守護生活方式,在此系統中整合了許多生理訊號感測裝置,如血壓機、血糖機、心電圖機、體重計等,透過這些資訊對慢性病患進行長期的觀察,此外還提供了簡訊服務與健康語音提醒,使家屬能即時掌握病人的生理狀況並且做進一步的關心與提醒;除了研究之外,更實際將本系統應用於社區內,藉此來了解目前居民對此系統的接受程度與實際運行之優缺點。 本系統以linux 2.6為基礎,將應用程式原碼透過交叉編譯的方式移植到模組化閘道器中,使它成為居家生理資訊中控系統。在生理訊號傳輸方面,透過有線(USB)或無線(Bluetooth)兩種不同的傳輸方式以利於整合各式各樣的生理訊號量測裝置,以往的照護系統在身份辨識部分大多都以RFID實現,但此方法須要額外製作身份辨識晶片卡,無法有效降低成本,為此本系統選擇使用全國國民都持有的健保IC卡來達到身份辨識的功能。 在網路傳輸部分,有鑒於並非每位使用者家中都有寬頻網路,因此加入PSTN傳統撥接方式,將使用制限降低,此外為了確保每一筆生理資訊不會因為網路故障而無法成功記錄,特別加入了小型嵌入式資料庫,使量測資訊暫存於系統中,直到網路修復後再傳送至遠端資料庫中儲存,家屬或醫護人員只須透過網際網路登入居家照護網站,即可藉由這些量測資訊對使用者的生理狀況有更進一步的了解,並提供更妥善完整的照護。

Open modular gateway system provide more efficiency home healthcare solutions for residents, therefore the system integrated a lot of medical device, such as blood pressure、blood glucose、ecg meter、weight meter, chronically patients could monitor form those meter in the long-term. Besides, the system provide the SMS and Healthy reminder service, the family could know patient’s condition in their hands; in addition to researching in the lab, the system actually applies in the community to realize what resident’s opinion for this system. This system base on linux 2.6, those application program will transplant to open modular gateway system which cross-compiled by open source toolchain and to make it become the biodata control center at home. The system integrated a lot of medical device which using universal serial bus or Bluetooth transmission type, in recent years, many healthcare gateway implementation of patient’s identification by RFID technology, but this solution should produce the extra identification IC card and unable to complete the requirement of low cost, therefore the system selected national health insurance card for patient’s identification.   In view of not every patient has broadband network at home, so join the traditional PSTN dial-up mode will lower the restriction for the system. Besides, the system also added tiny embedded database for temporary biodata which external connections was broken. Patient’s families or nurse with a better understasning of patient’s physiological condition by those biodata and provide beter comprehensive care.
