大學教師休閒運動參與動機與阻礙因素之研究-以中華醫事科技大學為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討中華醫事科技大學教師休閒運動參與現況、參與動機及阻礙因素情形,以「大學教師休閒運動參與動機與阻礙因素調查問卷」為研究工具,結果發現: 一、婚姻狀況以已婚人口居多(81.8%),年齡以46~50歲佔最多(27.3%),服務部門以醫學與生命學院及民生與科技學院樣本數居多,最高學歷碩士學位佔最多數,職稱以講師居多,個人月收入方面在65,001至75,000元居多(27.8%)。 二、運動休閒行為分析:從事休閒運動的頻率每週2~3次為最多,參與休閒運動的時間以二小時為最多,從事休閒運動,以家人樣本數最多,參與休閒運動的主要方式個人操作練習為最多,從事休閒運動平均每月花費在3,000元(含)以下教師人數最多。 三、以獨立樣本t檢定分析性別在休閒運動參與動機之差異性,阻礙因素方面,女性在參與動機之「環境因素」均比男性更為認同。分析婚姻狀況在休閒運動參與動機之差異性,未婚在「自我成就」與「自我需求」均比已婚更為認同。 四、各變數間以皮爾森相關係數(Pearson Correlation Coefficients)表示之間相關程度,在「自我成就」與「個人因素」之相關程度,顯示顯著負相關,「自我需求」與「環境因素」之相關程度,顯示顯著正相關。

This study attempted to investigate the participation motivation and constraints factor in leisure and sport activities to university teachers of Chung Hwa University of medical technology. “University Faculty’ Participation Motivation and Constraints Factor in Leisure and Sports Activities Questionnaire" was used. Factor analysis, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficients analysis were used for the major statistical techniques. The results indicated: 1. the age of most people was between 46 to 50 (27.3%); most of participants were married (81.8%) and work in College of Medicine and Life Science and College of Human Science and Technology; Most of participants were lecturer and owned Master degree. 2. Sport and lecture behavior analysis:regular doing sports and lecture were 50%, and usually in Saturday and Sunday.; The timing of sports and lecture were holiday、off-work and evening; most of participants usually doing sports and lecture in two hours with family by walk. The ways of doing sports and lecture is personal operating practice and spend $3,000 NT dollars in average. 3. The Independent Sample T Test could analysis the different between sex and lecture and s Physical Factor ports participate motivation. The result was indicated no different between male and female. In constraints factor in leisure and sports activities, the female in participate motivation’s environment factor were better than male. The different between marriage and participate motivation were shown single in ”Self Achievements” and “Self Demand” batter than married.; The male and female were no different in constraints factor in leisure and sports activities. 4. The Pearson Correlation Coefficients indicated the “Self Achievements” with”Personal Factor” was show negative correlation. The “Self Demand “with “environment factor” was show positive correlation.
