台南市學校護理人員兼任行政工作壓力與工作滿意度研究

摘要


隨著時代改變,許多疾病進入校園,學校護理人員不再侷限單純的護理照護,也因此面臨較以往不同的工作壓力,而亦因學校行政人員減少,許多學校護理人員開始兼任行政職務,亦增添其兼任行政職務之工作壓力,而面臨不同的工作壓力,又會對學校護理人員工作滿意度產生何種影響? 本研究旨在瞭解學校護理人員工作壓力、兼任行政工作壓力與工作滿意度之現況,以及不同背景的學校護理人員對於工作壓力、兼任行政工作壓力和工作滿意度的差異情形,並探討其工作壓力、兼任行政工作壓力與工作滿意度的關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,利用台南市校護協進會104年第一次會員大會分發問卷,合計發出282份,回收179份,回收率63.5%。所得資料以描述性統計、多變項變異數分析、Pearson積差相關分析等方法加以統計分析。主要研究結論如下: (一)學校護理人員工作壓力屬中等壓力,在不同學歷、學校護理年資面項皆有顯著差異。 (二)學校護理人員兼任行政工作壓力皆屬中等壓力,在兼任午餐執行秘書面項有顯著差異。 (三)學校護理人員工作滿意度屬於中等滿意度,在兼任午餐執秘、兼任其他行政業務有顯著差異。

As time changes many diseases are observed in campus, school nurses are no longer limited to daily health care but also face work stress that is different than original sources. Also because the trend of reducing school administrative staffs many schools start to assign additional work to school nurses, administrative work, and these assignments also put additional pressure on their shoulders. What impact will these stress affect job satisfaction of the school nurses? This study focused on the correlation between work stress and job satisfaction of the school nurses with administrative position in Tainan, covering various combinations formed of nurses with and without administrative positions, different background and work satisfaction. The study distribute a questionnaire in 2015 annual conference of Tainan School Nurse Association, issued a total of 282 copies, 179 received, recovery rate 63.5%. The statistics applied for data analysis are descriptive statistics, Independence t-test, MANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation. The main conclusions are as follows: 1.The overall school nurse working pressure level is moderate. Significant difference is observed between different educational status and seniority. 2.School nurses who hold concurrent administrative staff job have moderate pressure. Significant difference is observed if candidates are assigned as lunch executive secretary. 3.School nurse job satisfaction is moderate. Significant difference is observed if candidates assigned as lunch executive secretary or other administrative staff works.
