臺灣發展低層鋼結構建築之優先策略

摘要

本文以模糊德菲法確認臺灣發展低層鋼結構建築須考慮20項SWOT因素。採用層級分析法(AHP)求得各SWOT因素之權重，建議權重較高之劣勢及威脅應列為臺灣發展低層鋼結構建築須優先改進之項目。本文針對臺灣發展低層鋼結構建築擬定八個策略，並採用模糊偏好順序評價法(Fuzzy TOPSIS)進行擇優排名。

Through the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM), we confirmed that 20 SWOT factors should be considered in developing low-rise steel construction building in Taiwan. The weights of SWOT factors were arrived at through analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Improvements should be made for the weaknesses and threats in developing low-rise steel construction buildings with higher weights. Fuzzy technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (Fuzzy TOPSIS) was used to obtain the order preference of eight strategies suggested in this paper.
