工業4.0、科技創新對企業永續發展影響之研究

摘要

發展工業4.0目的是傳統製造業運用IT技術提昇能量，使其轉型成具有適應性、資源效率及人因工程學基因的全面自動化生產的智慧工廠。工業4.0的精神是連結與優化，以增進企業競爭力與獲利。企業永續經營需靠企業的創新(Innovation) 不落窠臼跳脫傳統經營模式。本研究探討工業4.0、科技創新、創新經營模式對企業永續經營的影響。結果顯示，發展工業4.0對企業永續經營有正顯著的影響；重視科技創新對企業永續經營有正顯著的影響；創新經營模式對企業永續經營有正顯著的影響；當發展工業4.0結合創新經營模式後企業永續經營有加強效果，所以在此處創新經營模式有中介變數效果；當重視科技創新結合創新經營模式時，並沒有顯著強化效果，因此在此處創新經營模式並沒有中介變數效果。當導入科技創新時，可能因新科技的引進已形成經營模式的創新，所以沒有強化作用。其中發展工業4.0對企業永續經營之影響係數特別高，如能加以配合創新經營模式更能發揮永續經營的成效。

The purpose of the development of Industry 4.0 is to use IT technology to enhance production efficiency of traditional industry and transform it into a smart factory that is fully automated with adaptive, resource-efficient and human-engineering. The implication of Industry 4.0 is to link and optimization in order to enhance the competitiveness and profitability of the firm. The sustainable development of the enterprise depends on the innovation of the enterprise and does not only the business model. This study explores the impact of industry 4.0, technological innovation, and innovative business models on the sustainability of business. The results show that the development of Industry 4.0 has a significant positive influence on the sustainable operational of business; the importance of technology innovation has a significant positive influence on the sustainable development of business; the innovative business model has a significant positive influence on the sustainable development of the company; When industry 4.0 integrated the innovative business model to sustainable business has a strengthening effect, so the innovative business model has the effect of mediating variables; when the technology innovation combined with innovative business models, there is no significant strengthening effect, so there is no intermediary of innovative business model. When adopt technology innovation, business innovation model may be was formed with adopting one new technologies, so there is no strengthening effect. Among them, the development industry 4.0 has a particularly high influence coefficient on the sustainable operation of business. If it can be combined with an innovative business model, it can achieve the effect of sustainable development.
