在現今環境快速變遷下,不論任何機關或組織都無法不經變革而能繼續生存下去,現今的軍訓制度正面臨此一前所未有的衝擊與轉型,為求創新所以需要改革,賦予組織新的生命與活力。 本研究主要目的為:瞭解臺北市高中職校軍訓工作概況、探討臺北市高中職校組織成員在軍訓工作效能認知與差異、學校組織成員對軍訓工作效能現況、以及對軍訓工作效能的整體與各層面之差異,最後歸納實證研究結果,提出結論與建議,作為教育行政主管機關參考。 為達前述研究目的,本研究除廣泛蒐集國內外相關文獻,加以整理、歸納及分析,作為研究的理論基礎外,並編製「臺北市高中職組織成員對軍訓工作效能認知問卷調查表」,以臺北市公私立學校校長、行政人員、教師、家長、學生為研究對象,共發出問卷1,380份,回收有效問卷1,150份,有效回收率87.3%。 經問卷調查與訪談結果,歸納出以下幾項重要結論,包括:學校組織成員非常清楚軍訓教官的校園角色、軍訓教官的工作效能受到學校組織成員好評、受訪者教育程度越高對軍訓教官評價越高、曾受過軍訓教育受訪者較支持學校教官、私校教官在學生生活紀律幫助度較高、進修學校教官對處理學生鬥毆事件幫助度較高、男性教官在校園危安事件處理的幫助度較高等。
With rapid changes in society, no organizations or institutions can survive without revolution. Nowadays, military education system is facing an unprecedented impact and transition. It reforms so as to give the organization new life and vitality. The aim of the study is to understand general situations of work of military offices in high schools and vocational schools in Taipei City and then to investigate the school staffs’ cognition on military office’s work efficiency. Results are generalized and suggestions are submitted as references for the authorities concerned. In order to achieve the aim, relevant references at home and abroad are colleted and analyzed and a questionnaire is also devised, which aims principals, staff, teachers, students and students’ parents in public and private schools as studying objects. The total number of questionnaires is 1380, among which 1150 are useful. After analyzing questionnaires and interviews, the following are crucial results: the school staffs know very well the role played by military officer at the campus and compliment highly their work efficiency; interviewees who have higher level of education praise the officers more and interviewees who once received military education support the officers more; the officers in private schools help a lot in students’ life discipline while the officers in continuing schools help a lot in dealing with students’ conflicts; male officers are more helpful in dealing with dangerous incidents on campus.
