從差異邁向和諧：一種超越性別的整全人文主義之建構

摘要

歷史上的中外女性的確長期備受歧視與差別待遇，也因此引發激盪出百年來女性主義為追尋與爭取女性主體性之豐富多元論述與各方行動努力。直至後現代之今日，至少在現代化的國家，女性主義已邁入性別平等、性別主流化的另一個新紀元。男女差異只被視為具有生物學之意涵，社會、政治、法律、教育……等權力、權利、權益之平等已被視為必然與應然之價值。因此，本文擬議從差異、平等邁向和諧之道，亦即嘗試擺脫性別語詞／概念之霸權色彩，跳脫「男—女」二元對立思考，建構哲學上一種超越性別之整全人文主義，以回應當代對女性主義的批判，提供性別夥伴和諧關係的新論述。

Historically, women have indeed been prejudiced and discriminated against, which, therefore, kindled centuries of pluralistic discourses and practical efforts on the part of feminism to seek and fight for the subjectivity of women. Now, in the post-modern age, feminism has entered a new era of gender equality and gender mainstreaming at least in modernized countries. The gender distinctions between men and women are only biological, while the equality of power, rights and interests in the fields of society, politics, law, education and so on have been considered as values that are necessary and ought to be fulfilled. Therefore, the argument of this paper is meant to proceed from discrimination, equality, to harmony, that is, transgress both the hegemony of gender wording/concepts and the dual antagonism of ”men vs. women.” Accordingly, we wish to construct a holistic humanism that is philosophically transcendent in terms of gender so as to respond to the contemporary criticism about feminism and provide new statements on the harmonious relationship between gender partners.
