向非施虐母親揭露亂倫經驗及其影響之探究

摘要

亂倫不僅是禁忌議題，更是困難解決的社會問題。雖然當前文獻顯示，揭露亂倫之際，非施虐母親對受害兒童所表現的支持程度，對其日後的適應具重要影響力。揭露也可能代表著打破沉默、不再為保守家庭秘密受苦。然而，在決定揭露亂倫與否的歷程中，一些重要的議題卻甚少受到關注。因此，本研究期能深入瞭解曾遭遇亂倫的成年女性，是否曾向非施虐母親揭露、及其揭露經驗是否影響母女關係。以「生命史探究法」，採立意選樣方式，深度訪談4位曾接受勵馨基金會諮商的女性。訪談資料形成二個重要類屬：影響亂倫揭露與否的情境、和抉擇揭露亂倫與母親的反應。根據本研究結果及當前的文獻資料，進行深入討論並提供具體建議，以做為未來實務工作及研究方向之參考。

Western literature has indicated that the support of non-offending mothers is essential for daughters' adjustment to the long-term effects of incest. Within the Chinese cultural context, daughters who are sexually abused by familial member(s) may feel ashamed because of their pre-marital loss of virginity and desire to save face. The decision to disclose incest to the non-offending mother may be affected by specific cultural and social factors. This study examined whether women with a history of incest decided to disclose to their non-offending mothers about incest during the time period from childhood to adulthood and their mothers' resulting reactions. This qualitative study adopted a life-history approach. In-depth interviews were conducted to collect narrative data from 4 voluntary women who received counseling provided by the Taiwanese nonprofit agency. Two significant areas emerged and were discussed in detail, including the dilemma of disclosure around the time of incest, and the decision to disclose their incest to their mothers and the impact of such a decision on the mother-daughter relationships. Limitations of this study, implications of the current findings, and recommendations for future research were also addressed.
