台北縣某國中學生口腔衛生行爲及其相關因素之探討

摘要

本研究目的在瞭解與探討國中學生口腔衛生行為及其相關因素。以自編結構式問卷為工具，採分層集束抽樣方式，有效樣本共511份(97.9%)。主要發現如下：一、研究對象口腔衛生知識整體而言為尚可，以女性的口腔衛生知識較高。二、研究對象口腔衛生態度整體而言較趨於正向。性別部分女生的口腔衛生態度較男生正向，年級部分以7年級的口腔衛生態度表現最佳。三、研究對象口腔衛生行為整體而言較趨於負向，以7年級的口腔衛生行為表現最佳。四、口腔衛生知識與口腔衛生態度相關，且口腔衛生態度也與口腔衛生行為相關。而「口腔衛生態度」及「半年內是否看過牙醫」等變項對口腔衛生行為具有顯著預測力，其解釋力為27.7%。本研究依研究結果提出建議及改進方針，以改善國中學生口腔衛生行為，並作為未來相關研究之參考。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between oral health behavior and related factors on junior high school students. The research objects were selected by stratified cluster sampling. The data were collected using structured questionnaires. A total of 511 effective questionnaires were collected (97.9%). The major findings are as follows:1. The research objects showed good scores in both oral health knowledge and oral health attitudes. Female students performed better than that of male students in these two categories.2. Seventh-grade students had higher scores in oral health attitudes than other grade students.3. Students in all grades showed good scores in oral health behavior but seventh-grade students had the highest scores among the all.4. Research results showed positive correlation between oral health knowledge and oral health attitudes. Oral health attitudes and oral health behavior are also positive correlated. Both ”dental check up within six months” and oral health attitudes will affect oral health behavior, which can explain 27.7% of the variances.According to the results of this study, suggestions will be provided for future research and to improve oral health behavior of junior high school students.
