家長式領導在運動團隊的研究：期刊論文的回顧與分析

摘要

家長式領導是近年來備受囑目的華人領導理論，影響遍及各研究領域，因而家長式領導在運動團隊的研究是如何，是一個值得瞭解的議題。本文目的在回顧與整理近年來運動團隊的家長式領導之期刊論文（32篇），釐清研究議題與重要結果，並對未來研究提出建議。分析結果發現研究議題以探討家長式領導對運動員個人變項的直接影響效果為最主要的研究方向。實證研究結果顯示，就平均得分而言，教練是中等程度的威權、仁慈，與高程度的才德。就相關程度而言，威權與仁慈是非常低或低度正相關，威權與才德是無關或低度相關，仁慈與才德是低度到高度的正相關。本文對家長式領導的實證研究進行評述，並對未來運動團隊家長式領導研究的可能發展方向提出八項建議。

Paternalistic leadership is a particular leadership style can easy be found in Chinese context and has been paid attentions by researchers in many fields in recent years. The purpose of this study was to review the 27 published journal papers of paternalistic leadership in sports teams. This study was expected to explore the status quo of paternalistic leadership research in the field of physical education, and expected to give suggestions for future studies form the reviewing. This study found that most of the studies were examined the direct effects of paternalistic leadership on athletes' effectiveness (i. e., emotion, fatigue, motivation, and satisfactions). Athletes perceived paternalistic leadership from high to low in ordinal were moral, benevolence, and authoritarianism for the three dimensions of paternalistic leadership. The correlations between benevolence and authoritarianism were low positive, between moral and authoritarianism was low positive or negative, and between benevolence and authoritarianism was high positive. The direct effects of paternalistic leadership on outcome variables were positive or negative were dependent on the variables. This study criticized these studies, and gave eight suggestions for future studies.
