本研究旨在了解幼兒園家長選擇之偏好,探討竹苗地區不同背景之家長對幼兒園選擇偏好的差異。本研究以文獻探討分析家長教育選擇相關文獻,評析幼兒園選擇偏好之要素與層級,由此設計AHP問卷,並透過問卷調查獲得竹苗地區幼兒園生家長選擇偏好之各層級權重値。研究發現:苗栗縣與新竹市之幼稚園生家長對幼兒園選擇偏好的看法趨於一致,均認為幼兒園所的「教學方法」與「衛生安全設備」是重要的選擇要素,且不同社會背景之家長,如「職業」、「教育程度」及「家庭收入」等變項,對幼兒園選擇偏好的權重値也都有些許的差異。期望本文研究結果可以提供幼教機構經營者與教育政策規劃研究之參考。
The purpose of this study is mainly to understand parents' preference for making choice of kindergarten, and research on the difference between choice preference of kindergarten for those parents with different backgrounds in Hsinchu and Miaoli areas in order to provide as the reference to the operators of kindergarten schools as well as the policy-making. This study adopted the literature review method to analyze related researches on parents' education choice to obtain the key factors and hierarchies of their choice preference for kindergarten to make an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) questionnaire. In addition, a survey conducted with this questionnaire to obtain the weights of every hierarchy for parents' choice preference of kindergarten in Hsinchu and Miaoli areas. The study has found that Parents of kindergarten students in Miaoli County and Hsinchu City had consistent viewpoint for the choice preference of kindergarten, and ”Teaching Method” and ”Sanitation and Safety Equipment” were the most critical choice factors for them. Parents with different social backgrounds, such as the variables including: ”Occupation”, ”Educational Level” and ”Family Income”, will have a significant difference in the weight of choice preference for kindergarten. Parents have gradually paid attention to children's character education and hope kindergarten schools that can integrate this topic into children's daily life education.
