文資場域的多元運用與創意實踐－以國父紀念館的古蹟化為例

摘要

近年來，無論是典型與非典型文化場域的使用、再利用，已然成為文化界、建築界與觀光領域極為熱門的話題。文資場域的修復再利用，或是進一步開發使用，並導入多元運用元素，納入創意生活構想，不僅僅是活化場域，甚至擴及到都市發展、社會關懷等重要議題。除了就文獻探討與理論資料爬梳外，本文以國父紀念館的文資化、古蹟化過程為實際案例搭配討論。國父紀念館已於數年前獲得行政院同意動用公務預算進行公共工程修繕計畫，近年因其主體建築的設計師、建築師王大閎先生逝世，建築界部分人士遂積極將此建築物尊為其代表作之一，加速臺北市將其提列文化資產的審議過程並正式成為古蹟，使得修繕作業因文資審議作業而暫緩，產生與現有藝術展演場域爭相綻放光芒的態勢；而該場域刻意的觀光操作，在具有古蹟身分後勢必因產生遺產倫理議題而更顯張力。本研究期望透過對文化資產修復過程與古蹟保護間的扞格，以及文化資產多元運用下對經濟與觀光可能產生的影響，同時探討此一過程對社會層面的意涵與衝突，經由對不同領域的了解與存在價值的探索，重新發現文化資產在多元活化運用的過程，如何在當代創意思潮中扮演出特有的角色與意義。

In recent years, the use and reuse of typical and atypical cultural fields has become a hot topic in the cultural and tourism fields. The restoration and reuse of the cultural field, or the further development and use, and the introduction of multiple use elements, into the creative life concept, not only the activation of the field, but also extended to urban development, social care and other important issues. In addition to literature discussion and theoretical data, this article uses the literary and historical process of the National Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall as a practical case to discuss. The National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall was approved by the Executive Yuan several years ago to use the official budget for public works renovation projects, but it coincided with the process of reviewing the historic sites in Taipei City as a monument, which caused the repair work to be suspended; at the same time, its main building designer and architect Mr. Da-hong Wang passed away, and the architectural community actively respected the building as one of its masterpieces, creating a situation that vie with the existing art exhibition field; and the field's deliberate sightseeing operation has a historic site. After the identity, it is bound to be more eloquent because of the issue of heritage ethics. This study hopes to understand the impact of the process on the social level through the ambiguity between the cultural assets restoration process and the protection of monuments, and the multi- cultural application of cultural assets. With the exploration of existential value, rediscover how cultural assets play a unique role and meaning in the process of contemporary creation.
