元智大學2008年碩士論文與國立臺北大學2011年博士論文研究結果重疊的個案研究

摘要

從2021年開始，爆發諸多縣市首長與立法委員博碩士學位遭撤除案件，最可能因素是首長的學位論文由助理代寫或由助理安排。本研究提出確切案例，證明許姓官員2011年國立臺北大學博士論文與其陳姓助理元智大學2008年碩士論文研究結果數據，多個區塊呈現連續性的重疊，因而呈現由助理位長官代寫博士論文之高度嫌疑。

Beginning in 2021, many mayors and legislators have had their Ph.D. or master degrees revoked. The most likely factor is that their degree dissertations were written by their assistants or arranged by the assistants. This study discloses a specific case, proving that two academic dissertations show common numerical figures in multiple blocks. The tow dissertations are author by an official in the government and his assistant. The official earned his Ph.D. from the National Taipei University in 2011 and his assistant earned her Master degree from Yuan Ze University in 2008. Therefore, it is highly suspicious that that the official's Ph.D. dissertation was written by his assistant.
