大蒜生長特性之分析

Analysis of Growth Patterns in Garlic Plants

摘要


調查三個不同蒜球大小之大蒜品種在不同生長發育時期之變化情形,生長分析結果顯示,株高與葉數之生長變化在品種間無明顯的差異。三個品種地上部乾重之生長曲線有明顯的差異,但均於種植後第7週開始迅速增加,於第15週達最高峰。蒜球(地下部)乾重於種植後第13週始迅速增加。平均作物生長速率計算結果,三個品種地上部生長速率均於第11週達到高峰,地下部則於第17週達到高峰。試驗結果建議,大蒜種植初期至第11週須增加地上部莖葉生長,第11週以後則著重於地下部鱗莖之生長促進。

The growth and development patterns of three garlic varieties of different bulb sizes were investigated. The results of growth analysis indicated that there was no significant difference in the pattern of changes in plant height and leaf number for the three varieties. Dry weight of the aboveground portion of plant increased rapidly from the 7th week after planting and reached peak stage at 15th week after planting. The marked increase of dry weight of bulb or underground part started at 13th week after planting. The highest crop growth rate for above-and underground parts of garlic plants were occurred at 11th and 17th weeks after planting, respectively.
