本論文研製之目的主要在探討桃園縣國小校長領導風格及學校組織文化與學校創新經營能力的關係。本研究之目的有下列幾項:一、了解校長領導風格對學校創新經營影響。二、了解學校組織文化對學校創新經營影響。三、了解校長領導風格和學校組織文化對學校創新經營影響何者為重。 本研究以「轉換型領導風格量表」、「交易型領導風格量表」、「學校組織創新管理量表」及「學校組織文化量表」,針對桃園縣國小教師,從事問卷調查,總計發出問卷304份,回收有效問卷273份,以描述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、線性迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析,獲得如下結論: 一、校長領導風格和學校創新經營能力具有正相關。 二、學校組織文化和學校創新經營能力具有正相關。 三、校長到任兩年之內,學校組織文化對學校創新經營能力影響大於新任校長領導風格。 四、校長領導風格對學校創新經營能力的影響力會隨著校長任職時間而增加。 本研究最後根據以上結論,提出具體建議,以供教育主管機關、校長及未來研究之參考。
This study investigates influences of a principal’s leadership behavior and an organizational system on an innovative management of elementary schools in Taoyuan County. The aim of the study is to see how leadership behavior and organizational culture affect the innovative management of a school. Based on the 273 valid responses of 304 subjects, the study obtained the following findings: 1. Leadership behavior is positively related to schools’ innovative management. 2. Organizational culture is positively related to schools’ innovative management. 3. For the first two years after a principle took office, a school’s culture had stronger influence on its’ innovative management than leadership. 4. The influence of a principle’s leadership on the innovative management increases as the period of a principle’s administration increases.
