影響婚姻暴力婦女使用法院家庭暴力事件服務處之相關因素探討--以高高屏地區為例

摘要

家庭暴力防治法（1998）通過後，依據該法第五條第六項與第六條第六項，設置有關內政部家庭暴力防治委員會、各級地方政府家庭暴力防治委員會，以協助公、私立機構建立家庭暴力處理程序及推展家庭暴力防治教育。各類補助、委託方案經費逐年擴編，保護服務成為網絡間各個公領域責任單位相當重視的一環，其中結合社政、司法、民間組織之「法院家暴事件服務處」方案即為一例。
本研究的目的為探討高高屏地區曾遭受婚姻暴力之婦女在接受「法院家暴事件服務處」方案相關服務項目中，影響婦女接受服務意願的因素。採取量化研究方法，以結構式問卷針對高高屏地區所屬台灣高雄地方法院、台灣屏東地方法院兩處之「家暴事件服務處」，以使用者系統角度剖析使用方案人口特質，進行方案評估。
研究結果歸納為四部份：一、服務使用者的背景，與婚姻暴力類型、支持系統等存在相關情形。二、婚姻暴力類型與其他暴力類型存在相關情形。三、家庭型態與社會支持類型的探討。四、從系統層面探討服務使用者需求、獲得協助與滿意度之間顯著相關的探討。

According to Domestic Violence Prevention Act（1998），the establishment of the Domestic Violence Prevention Committee in the Ministry of the Interior and each local government is to help both public and private organizations establishing the process to deal with domestic violence and promoting domestic violence education.
Recently, the budget for the related programs increase gradually, protection service becomes an important part of the welfare network. The Domestic Violence Service in
Court, integrating social welfare department, judicial department and non-profit organization, is one of the examples.
The aim of the study was to explore the factors that affect women who suffered from marital violence in Kaohsiung and Pingtung districts, to use the service provided
by the Domestic Violence Service in Court. Quantitative research method and structured questionnaire were applied in this study. The participants were women who used the services of Kaohsiung District Court and Pingtung District Court of Taiwan.
The characteristics of the service users were analyzed and the program was evaluated from the perspective of the service users.
Results of the study were discussed according to the following four sections; 1) the correlation of background of the service users, the type of marital violence and
supporting system; 2) the correlation of the type of marital violence and other type of violence; 3) the exploration of the type of family and the type of social support; 4) the exploration of significant correlation of the service users’ needs, gaining help and the
degree of satisfaction from the systematic perspectives.
