虛擬射出成型數位教學平台之建置

摘要


本論文旨在建構一射出成型之數位教學平台。使用者透過平台畫面的說明,輸入相關之射出成型製程參數,進行互動式學習。本教學平台之設計分為兩大部份:第一部份為網頁教學,利用網頁架構介紹塑膠射出成型加工之原理,並說明射出成型機之結構,及射出機操作之流程;第二部份為射出成型機虛擬操作互動程式的製作,利用LabVIEW圖控程式擷取模流分析軟體C-MOLD之分析數據,並與Flash動畫整合,產生機台運作畫面,幫助學習者體會射出機之運作狀況。 本教學平台可作為機械相關科系學生學習塑膠射出成型加工之訓練教材,在短期內有效率地學習射出成型機的操作技術。進而達成節省訓練成本,提高工廠安全性,防止機器因不當操作而損害之目的。透過此教學平台,並可作為現場實務與模流分析的橋樑,提高CAE之普及化。

The purpose of this study is to establish a digital learning platform for the injection molding process. Through the directions of the learning platform, users can perform interactive learning via input the related molding parameters of injection molding process. The design of this learning platform is divided into two parts: Part 1 is web page teaching, make use of the web page structure to instructing the principle of the plastic injection molding process, and to explain the construction of the injection molding machine, and its operation methods; Part 2 is to design the interactive programs of the injection molding machine virtual operations, make use of the LabVIEW software to pick the analytical data of the mold flow analysis software C-MOLD, and integrate with the animation of Flash, producing the appearance of the injection molding machine motions, helping the learner to realize the operating condition of the injection molding machine. This learning platform was also used as teaching materials of the plastic injection molding process for mechanical engineering department students or the related departments to learn operation technique of the injection molding machine efficiently. To reach the purpose that contains saving training costs, raising the factory safety, and preventing the damage of machine because of the incorrect operations. The results show that the learning platform can as the bridge between the actual situation of the injection molding process and CAE analysis, to raise the popularization of the CAE.
