應用專案管理研究時程規劃及控制以電感器新產品開發為例

摘要


在競爭日趨激烈的市場環境中,企業組織經常藉由開發新產品來提升在市場的地位,奠定其本身在市場的競爭力,故藉由新產品的開發提升企業的財務構面的營收,使企業在日趨激烈的市場環境中能永續經營,有賴新產品的創新能力、財務效益、開發時效速度、產能與成本。 應用專案管理來管理新產品開發活動,來控制專案開發的風險管理、提升專案評估能力、最適的資源管理分配、符合顧客需求的目標、最佳時程規劃與控制等績效管理。 專案管理時程規劃與評估階段,首先以概念化的方式來做時程規劃構想,依照專案性質將專案的工作程序做整體性概念性的粗略規劃。其次是層別化時程規劃,是在尚未找出要徑前先層別出工作分解的性質,那些工作分解是無法承受延誤,以此原則將專案層別出行政程序、實體原型品試作程序、驗證與實證程序、製程與量產程序。最終實務性時程規劃是基本且實務的專案時程規劃,其較沒有彈性,是將專案的工作分解結構依實際的開始及完成時間愈詳細愈好的排入計劃,各分解結構依順序排入計劃內應力求準確,執行時落差才會最小。

As competition grows fiercely in the all market place, rolling out the new product has become key factor to strengthen its market position and keep its competitive advantage. More important, the profit from the new product can support the financial structure of the company in the sound and solid position. Therefore, the benefits of new product in its innovation, financial contribution, time-to-the market and cost efficiency will maintain the continuality of the company in throat-cut competition. It is important to adopt the product management to monitor and evaluate the new product activities, including new product risk management, evaluation capability enhancement, resources allocation, customer need search and scheduling and control. The scheduling and evaluation of the product management is set in conceptual method to start with. The work procedures are based on the properties of the product management, where develop its preliminary and conceptual plane. Next extends to its timetable priority. By analyzing the work property into its smallest batch and prioritize the timetable afterwards. Given these principles, we classified the product management into administration procedures, trial/ test/ verification in prototyping procedures, production plan and mass production procedures. The final scheduling for production stage is fundamental and fixed product management. It is very important to schedule all the possible details into the product management through prioritization during the entire procedures and also make sure the efficient execution to minimize the potential delay.
