影響國中畢業生升學高級職業學校之主要因素研究-以臺北市為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討影響臺北市國中畢業生升學高級職業學校之主要因素,為達本研究之研究目的,首先透過文獻探討,建立研究的整體架構,繼而發展「影響國中畢業生升學高級職業學校之主要因素調查問卷」,進行資料的蒐集。 本研究以臺北市高級職業學校一年級學生為母群體,以叢集抽樣方式抽取7所學校為調查對象,實施施測獲得有效樣本共448份,有效回收率達84%。經統計分析可以歸納以下幾項結論: 一、影響國中畢業生升學高級職業學校之主要因素,以學校因素與個人因素等兩個構面具有顯著差異存在,資訊因素與經濟因素及家庭因素等三個構面之顯著差異較不明顯。 二、影響國中畢業生升學高級職業學校之主要因素計有「同學、朋友的影響」等11項。 三、學校因素對於影響國中畢業生升學高級職業學校之主要因素,顯示高級職業學校之經營發展與國中畢業生升學高級職業學校有顯著相關。 四、個人因素對於影響國中畢業生升學高級職業學校之主要因素,顯示國中畢業生升學高級職業學校自我主觀意識提高。「自己對這所學校的喜好」該因素之影響,說明高級職業學校之經營發展對於國中畢業生升學高級職業學校影響的重要。 五、經濟因素對於影響國中畢業生升學高級職業學校之主要因素,顯示高級職業學校的設科調整是否符合未來需求趨勢,對於國中畢業生升學高級職業學校有顯著影響。 六、資訊因素對於影響國中畢業生升學高級職業學校之主要因素,顯示國中老師升學輔導相關資訊,直接影響國中畢業生升學高級職業學校。 七、家庭因素對於影響國中畢業生升學高級職業學校之主要因素,顯示父母為主要相關影響人。。 八、性別對於影響國中畢業生升學高級職業學校之主要因素無顯著差異存在。 九、不同國中學業成績之國中畢業生與影響升學高級職業學校主要因素具有顯著差異存在。 十、在國中升學準備情形之國中畢業生與影響升學高級職業學校主要因素之差異,顯示不同國中升學準備情形之國中畢業生與影響升學高級職業學校主要因素有顯著差異存在。表示升學輔導措施對於國中畢業生升學高級職業學校具有影響。 最後針對研究發現與結論,針對高級職業學校之經營與發展及後續研究者提出建議事項,俾供參考。

The aim of this study is to explore the factors affecting for influencing junior high school graduates to enter vocational high schools in Taipei City. Thus, literature review were firstly applied to establish the overall framework of this study; and the questionnaire –“the factors affecting for influencing junior high school graduates to enter vocational high schools in Taipei City.” was developed and carried out for collecting data. The population of this study was the entire first grade of the vocational high schools in Taipei City. There are 7 schools sampled on the stratified random and cluster sampling. There are 448 reliable copies. The valid rate was up to 84 %. According to the statistic analysis, there are some conclusions as followed. A. There are 11 main influential factors, such as “the classmate and friends affecting”, for junior high school graduates to enter the vocational high schools in Taipei City B. In the main influential factors for junior high school graduates to enter the vocational high schools in Taipei City, the variation of “school” and “individual” factors are significant; “information” , “economic” and “family” factors are insignificant. C. In the “school” factors, the correlation of “management development of the vocational high schools” and “junior high school graduates to enter the vocational high schools in Taipei City” is significant. D. In the “individual” factors, “the self-awareness of the junior high school graduates” is increased. The factor of “the junior high graduates’ preferences for the vocational high school” indicates the importance of the management development of the vocational high school. E. In the “economic” factors, the factor of “Whether the curriculum adjustment of the vocational high school is conformed to the demand trend in the future?” has significantly influence on the decision to enter the vocational high schools for junior high school graduates in Taipei City. F. In the “information” factors, the junior high school graduates entering the vocational high schools are indirectly influenced by the factor of “Whether the vocational high schools provide the related information for entering vocational high school to the junior high school teachers?” G. In the “Family” factor, parents are mainly related to influence person. H. In the main influential factors for junior high school graduates to enter the vocational high schools in Taipei City, the variation of “gender” factors is insignificant. I. In the main influential factors for junior high school graduates to enter the vocational high schools in Taipei City, the variation of “the study achievement” factor is significant. It indicates those who entering the vocational high school are centralized on the middle and low achievement graduates. J. In the main influential factors for junior high school graduates to enter the vocational high schools in Taipei City, the variation of “the preparation of entering senior high school in the junior high school” factors is significant. It indicates the guidance and assistance measurements of entering senior high school in the junior high school are influential. None of the junior high school graduates marking ”preparing for occupation“ indicates they are mainly prepared for entering senior high school. On the findings and conclusions of this study, there are some suggestions for the management development of the vocational high schools, and the further studies in the end.
