目前台灣有一批戰後嬰兒潮的人,已經或即將邁入退休的階段。對於這群即將退休的中高齡者,如何在退休後活得健康,享受老年的生活,幫助自己活躍老化是很重要的。透過教育與學習不僅能處理高齡化社會所帶來的問題,也能夠發揮引導社會的力量。而目前國內的中高齡相關教育機構,在參與課程的內容方面,開課現況與學員本身的學習需求有所落差,且課程內容的深度與廣度不夠,也尚未有以活躍老化為學習主題的課程;在研究方面,也沒有專門探討以活躍老化為學習主題的課程,因此本研究欲了解戰後嬰兒潮男性對於活躍老化學習重要性認知及參與之關係,以中高齡男性志工為研究對象,採問卷調查法,針對所回收的問卷資料,以描述性統計分析、單因子變異數分析及卡方檢定統計方法進行分析。 歸納研究結果如下:(一)影響戰後嬰兒潮男性的活躍老化學習認知因素,包括年齡、教育程度、過去半年參與學習的時數;(二)影響戰後嬰兒潮男性參與活躍老化學習的因素,包括年齡與教育程度;(三)戰後嬰兒潮男性認為生活安全類及運動保健類的學習是最為重要的;(四)戰後嬰兒潮男性認為用藥安全、健康知識、正向思考、家人相處及親友照顧學習主題內涵是最為重要;(五)戰後嬰兒潮男性認為生活安全、運動保健、心靈成長及人際交往學習主題重要,但是多數卻是沒有參與;(六)戰後嬰兒潮男性在活躍老化學習重要性認知偏高,但整體參與人數比例偏低,可能缺乏學習主題的系統提供,表示戰後嬰兒潮男性有活躍老化學習課程參與的需求。
Currently, Taiwan’s baby boomers begin entering retirement age. For these people of middle and old age, how to live healthy, enjoy life and take part in active ageing learning after retirement are very important. The education and learning not only can solve the issues from aging society but also can create a power to guide the society. So far, the curriculum of the middle and old age educational institutions can’t meet the needs of the learners. Besides, the content of program is too narrow. For example, the courses related to active ageing learning are still not available. From the research perspective, there is no courses specialized in active ageing learning. As a result, this study aims to understand the relationship between male baby boomers’ perception toward the importance of the active ageing learning and the involvement. A survey-questionnaire was conducted by targeting on senior male volunteers. Further, the descriptive analysis, one-way analysis of variance and chi-square test were used to analyze data obtained from survey-questionnaire. The findings of research are as followings: (1) The factors affected male baby boomers’ perception toward the active ageing learning include age, education degree, number of hours spent in learning over last 6 months; (2) The factors affected male baby boomers’ participation in active ageing learning include age and education degree; (3) The male baby boomers believe the learning related to life security and sports health protection are the most significant; (4) The male baby boomers believe the safe medication, health knowledge, positive thinking, family interaction an care are the most significant contents; (5) The male baby boomers believe the learning of life security, sports health protection, spiritual development and interpersonal relationship are the most significant. However, most of them did not take part in these learning activities; (6) The male baby boomers have high perception toward the active ageing learning. But the ratio of overall involvement is low. This may be due to a lack of system for learning topics. It further indicates that the male baby boomers require involvement in the active ageing learning program.
