嬰兒潮世代男性對活躍老化的學習需求與學習偏好之研究

摘要


當前人口老化是全球性的挑戰,而嬰兒潮世代為未來中高齡人口的重要人口組成,更是未來中高齡教育的學習對象,因此針對其學習特質的議題尤其重要。 本研究旨在以嬰兒潮世代男性為主體,瞭解有關中高齡學習者在活躍老化概念下「生活安全」、「運動保健」、「心靈成長」、「人際交往」、「貢獻服務」五層面之學習需求,以及學習過程中之學習偏好的內容。本研究經由立意抽樣尋找代表性之研究個案八人,進行質性研究,以半結構式的訪談大綱進行深度訪談。針對研究結果,歸納結論為: 一、嬰兒潮世代男性在四、五十歲時對體力下滑有明顯感受,以保持運動、飲食控制及生活控制、保健食品作為應對方式。 二、嬰兒潮世代男性活躍老化的學習需求可分成五個部份,包含生活安全、運動保健、心靈成長、人際交往、貢獻服務等。 三、嬰兒潮世代男性的學習偏好在學習方式上,有旅遊自我學習、講述搭配實際操作等,而互動方式上,有互動式演練、發言機會、傾聴-引導等,而對於教師的期待,則認為教師為指引者,師生是一種平等關係,最後對環境的偏好上,希望環境能安靜、無障礙,且相當舒適。 因此,教育機構可針對嬰兒潮世代男性的活躍老化的學習需求規劃課程內容,並依其學習偏好進行教學活動。 本研究根據研究結論,針對嬰兒潮世代男性活躍老化的學習需求及學習偏好,以及未來研究可以發展的方式提出建議。

The current aging population is a global challenge, baby boomers are an important population of the elderly population in the future, elderly education in the future of learning objects, therefore particularly important issues for their learning characteristics. This study aimed to baby boomers male as the main, learn about middle-aged to older learners in active aging concept of "life safety", "sports and health", "spiritual growth" and "interpersonal", "contribution" five levels of learning needs, and learning the contents of the process of learning preferences. this study is based on the purposeful sampling method to choose eight representational people for case study; qualitative method with the semi-structured deep interview is used. Conclusions of the study are as the followings: 1. Baby boomers and men in their 40s and 50s on the physical decline has obvious feelings in order to maintain exercise, diet control and life control, and health food as a coping style. 2. Active learning needs of the aging of the baby boomers and men can be divided into five parts, including life safety, sport and health, spiritual growth, interpersonal, and contribution services. 3. Learning preferences of baby boomers and the men of learning, travel self-learning, talk about with the actual operation, etc., but interact, there is an interactive exercise, the opportunity to speak, pour the hearer - to guide and so on, while the expectations of the teachers, you believe that teachers to provide guidance to teachers and students is an equal relationship, and finally on the preferences of the environment, and want a quiet, accessible, and quite comfortable. Therefore, educational institutions, the learning needs of active aging baby boomers men planning course content, and learning according to their preferences for teaching activities. Finally, this study brings up suggestions and introspections toward the research results.
