嬰兒潮世代對於活躍老化學習認知及參與情形之研究—以南投縣為例

摘要


在知識經濟時代,「學習」是個人在知識社會的生存條件與方式。為了適應瞬息萬變的生活與迎接新世紀,必須不斷的透過學習來獲得、累積、創造、分享與享用知識。本研究旨在探討南投縣嬰兒潮世代對於活躍老化學習的重要性認知及活躍老化學習參與情形之差異性。本研究以南投縣樂齡學習中心、社區大學及欣榮圖書館等成人學習機構學員與志工為研究對象,並以問卷調查南投縣參與學習者的學習認知及參與情形。針對回收的問卷分別進行描述性統計分析、t檢定、單因子變異數分析及卡方檢定等計量分析方法,進行資料分析與整理。歸納研究結論如下:(一)南投縣嬰兒潮世代認為參與活躍老化學習最重要的目標為「學習新知」;(二)南投縣嬰兒潮世代活躍老化學習認知普遍偏高;(三)南投縣嬰兒潮世代認為「生活安全」層面的活躍老化學習最為重要;(四)南投縣嬰兒潮世代認為活躍老化學習主題中分別以「用藥安全」、「睡眠品質」、「認識老年常見疾病」、「活化記憶力」、「家人相處」及「親友照顧」最為重要;(五)南投縣嬰兒潮世代參與學習以女性、50歲至54歲、高中職以上、半年參與總時數1-50小時為最多;(六)南投縣嬰兒潮世代以「運動保健」層面的參與學習時數為最多;(七)活躍老化主題學習參與方面,「生活安全主題」以「用藥安全」最踴躍、「運動保健主題」以「規律運動」為最多、「心靈成長主題」以「學習正向思考」為最活躍、「人際交往主題」以「家人相處」最多、「貢獻服務主題」以「志工服務」最為踴躍;(八)性別、學習機構、過去半年參與學習的時數,影響南投縣嬰兒潮世代的活躍老化學習認知;(九)性別、教育程度、學習機構等因素,影響南投縣嬰兒潮世代參與學習(十)對於活躍老化學習認知愈高的南投縣嬰兒潮世代,其在參與相關課程的人數也會愈高。 本研究根據研究結果提出以下建議:(一)政府主管機關在法令制定與方案規畫要注意課程的性別平等、注重高齡師資的培育、定出清楚的課程綱要、清楚劃分機構間的工作與任務分工,建構出完整一致的學習圖象;(二)學習機構應以創意的課程設計與選課方案等新思維進行課程營運,並善用科技來強化課程與學習參與之品質,建立課程發展社群,依學習者需求設計適當課程,讓課程更適性;(三)中高齡學習者應放下角色的固著,即知即行的投入學習,勇於嘗試不同的課程,提升社交能力,讓自己更健康、更安心,並達到性靈的滿足、喜樂與幸福。

In the era of knowledge economy, "Learning" is the key surviving condition and skill of individuals in society.In order to adapt to the changeful life and greet the new century, we must continuously access, accumulate, create, share and make use of knowledge by learning.The purpose of this study is to understand the difference of baby boomers’perception toward the importance of active ageing learning and their participation in Nantou County. Studens of Active Aging Learning Center, community colleges, Hsin Rong memorial library and adult learning institutions are the research objects of this study.Investigated with a questionnaire survey, the datas of returned questionnaires were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis, t test, one-way anova and chi-square test.The main findings were concluded as following: (1) The most important goal of participating in active aging learning is "learn something new." (2) General high active aging learning cognition; (3) The most important dimension of active aging learning is "life safety”; (4) The most important topics of active aging learning are “drug safety” , “sleep quality” , "understanding common age-related diseases”, “activating memory”, “getting along with family” and "being cared by friends and relatives "; (5) Most participants were female, aged 50 to 54 years old, had ducation degree higher than senior school, and participated 1-50 hours during six month; (6) Participants spent much time partaking in “Sport and health” learning; (7) Participants were more willing to join "drug safety" in "life safety " dimension; There were most participants joined "regular exercise" in "sport and health" dimension; "Positive thinking" in "spiritual growth" dimension is most active; There were most participants joined "getting along with family" in "Interpersonal relationship" dimension ; Participants were more willing to join "volunteer service" in "Contribution to service" dimension; (8) Gender, learning institutions, and the past six- month learning hours impact active aging learning cognition; (9) Factors in gender, education level, learning institutions impact the participation of learning; (10) With higher active aging learning cognition, there will be more people participate in relevant courses. According to results, this study gives following suggestions: (1)Offical authorities have to take notice of gender equality when make laws and plans. They need to emphasize the training of aged teachers. They have to give a specific curriculum outline and clearly assign tasks to each institution to construct a coherent learning blueprint;(2)Learning institutes should design creative curriculums and offer courses for learners to select. They should also enhance courses and the quality of learning participation through technology. They establish community for curriculum development to design courses fit learners’ needs and make curriculum more adaptive;(3)Aged learners should not care their image and just takepart in learning. They should take different courses to enhance their ability to socialize. They can make themselves healthier and secure and gain spiritual content, joy and happiness.
