隨著資訊科技的進步,企業逐漸朝向全球化與虛擬化發展,而市場環境越來越複雜的情況下,組織必須有效制定策略規劃以鞏固市場環境中的地位。對組織而言,企業在運作時會投入大量的資源以實施如:生產、製造、行銷、研究發展等活動的進行,更會藉由這些活動來達到預期的績效,也是企業所需達到短、中、長期成功不可或缺的活動,又稱為「組織關鍵活動(Organization Critical Activities, OCAs)」。在策略管理研究中,資訊系統與企業策略連結概念的效益被許多學者研究,許多學者認為對組織而言,策略連結(Strategic Alignment)一直是達到企業成功不可或缺的方法之一。連結的概念主要以探討策略管理為主,其中包含調節連結模型(Fit as Moderation)、中介連結(Fit as Mediation)、匹配連結(Fit as Matching)、共變異連結(Fit as Covariation)、型態偏差連結(Fit as Profile Deviation)、型態連結(Fit as Gestalts),而不同的連結類型皆有不同的理論概念,其適用的條件會依據變數的不同而有所限制。 有鑑於此,本研究藉由實證性研究蒐集139份我國高科技產業問卷資料,探討「組織關鍵活動(OCA)」、「企業策略導向(STROBE)」及「資訊系統策略導向(STROIS)」三者之間的連結(Alignment)關係,並進一步探討兩兩構面之間的連結對績效之影響。提供組織如何有效管理組織關鍵活動與資訊系統及策略之間的進行,以幫助企業如何持續地達到良好的績效讓組織更加成功提升產業競爭性。
As the use of information technology becomes more advanced and mature, the enterprise gradually actualizes globalization and virtualization. However, the market environment has become increasingly complicated, and the enterprise must effectively develop strategic plan in order to consolidate its position in the market environment. There are many activities conducted in organizations such as: manufacturing, marketing, and research development activities. By conducting certain kind of activities, organizations can achieve their predefined success and the desired organizational performance. These activities are also known as the "Organizational Critical Activities, OCAs". On the other hand, in strategic management area, how the alignment between information technology and business strategic in the sense of affecting business performance has continually been investigated. Many researchers also consider that strategic alignment is the key to business success. This study is an empirical research based on the questionnaire data of 139 high-tech industries in Taiwan in order to explore the among Organizational Critical Activities (OCA), the Strategic Orientation of Business Enterprises (STROBE) and Information Strategic Orientation of Business Enterprises (STROIS)and how the alignment affects on performance. It is expected that the results can tell the organization how to effectively manage their organizational critical activities and strategic orientation. Finally, the results of this study can also assist enterprises in how to continue maintain their performance and to match their strategic orientation with organizational critical activities in the future.
