全民國防教育自2006年開始實施迄今8年餘,其目的為透過教育的方式,增進全民對國家安全及全民防衛意識能有所共識。本研究旨在探討全民國防教育課程對高中生國家安全防認知之影響。經以自編「國家安全認知問卷」作為蒐集研究資料工具,並委託嘉義縣萬能工商職校教官協助進行學生問卷調查,共發出問卷720份,得有效樣本620份,回收率高達86%。所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、Pearson積差相關、單因子變異數分析、多元逐步迴歸等進行分析。主要研究結論如下: 一、就學生背景變項與國家意識之相關聯性而言,學生性別及科別屬性與國家意識認知有顯著差異。 二、「整體國家安全認知」與「國家意識」、「國防安全」、「國家綜合安全」 、「全民國防教育」及「國家安全認知」具有顯著相關性。 三、多元迴歸統計分析顯示,「國家認同」、「國防安全」、「國家綜合安全」等面向,能有效預測「全民國防教育」推動成效,其中以「國家綜合安全」的預測力最佳,其解釋原始化迴歸方程式全民國防教育=3.043+0.151*國家意識+0.300*國防安全+0.390*國防綜合安全,標準化迴歸方程式全民國防教育=0.141*國家意識+0.296*國防安全+0.415*國防綜合安全,a. 預測變數:(常數) 國家綜合安全,國家意識,國防安全,b. 依變數: 全民國防教育。 整體而言,嘉義縣學生接受全民國防教育課程與整體國家安全認知有高度正相關。作者根據本研究數據資料與分析結果提出相關建議,以供教育主管機關、授課教官及後續研究參考。
National Defense Education since 2006, more than eight years of implementation so far, and its purpose is by way of education, promote the general for national security and national defense awareness can be a consensus. This study was designed to investigate the effect of the National Defense Education Curriculum for high school students awareness of anti-national security. Through to self "national security perception questionnaire" as the tool to collect research data and entrust Chiayi County, universal industrial and commercial vocational instructors assist students questionnaires issued a total of 720 questionnaires were obtained 620 valid samples, the recovery rate up to 86%. The resulting data descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, Pearson product moment correlation, one-way analysis of variance, stepwise multiple regression analysis. The main conclusions are as follows: First, the relevant background variables linking students with national consciousness, the student gender and property divisions and national consciousness have significant cognitive differences. Second, the "overall national security awareness", "national consciousness", "national security", "national comprehensive security", "national defense education" and "national security awareness" have significant correlation. Third, multivariate regression analysis showed that "national identity", "national security", "comprehensive national security" and so on. National Defense Education can predict to promote success. Overall, Chiayi County students receive the National Defense Education Curriculum and the overall national security awareness has a high degree of positive correlation. The authors suggest recommendations based on data and analysis of the study results, for the education authorities, teaching instructors and follow-up studies for reference.
