本研究之研究對象為資訊科技業,研究目的期望能夠了解其目前使用轉換型領導行為程度之現況,並能夠深入探討轉換型領導於組織變革過程中變革團隊效能間之關聯性,更利用人口統計變項予以分析在不同背景之員工,與轉換型領導以及變革團隊效能之差異性,總共發出120份,回收問卷116份,扣除無效問卷9份後,有效問卷共107份,有效回收率為92%。期望最終得到之研究結果,未來將可對資訊科技業對於變革議題具有實質上之幫助及成效。本研究假設驗證結果如下: 一、轉換型領導與變革團隊效能各因素構面具有顯著關聯。 二、教育程度與轉換型領導具有顯著差異。 三、年齡、教育程度、任職部門與變革團隊效能具有顯著差異。
The research of this subject was to explore the relationships between transformational leadership and the team effectiveness of organizational change in IT industry. The purpose was for one to understand about the situation of transformational leadership in IT industry of Taiwan, and further more deeply research the relationships between transformational leadership and team effectiveness of organizational change. In order to analyze the difference between population statistics impact on transformational leadership and organizational change, a total of 120 copies of questionnaires were distributed randomly, 107 respondents were counted as valid and resulting in a valid response rate of 92%. The goal of this study is to help the subject of organizational change in IT industry by the result of the research. After data analysis, major results can be concluded as the following: 1.The transformational leadership has significant influences on team effectiveness of organization change. 2.Employees of different educational level will have a significant difference with transformational leadership. 3.Employees of different age, educational level and departments will have a significant difference with team effectiveness of organization change.
