本研究的目的,主要在驗證及探討導師領導、班級支持對班級承諾、班級凝聚力及成績表現的影響。研究對象為90學年度參加嶺東技術學院所舉辦之班際盃拔河錦標賽及大隊接力的參賽班級。本研究一共發出問卷250份,回收之有效問卷為237份,回收率為94.8%。回收資料經LISREL 8.30分析後得到以下結果: (一)導師領導對班級承諾有正向且直接的影響。 (二)班級支持對班級凝聚力有正向且直接的影響。 (三)班級承諾對成績表現有正向且直接的影響。 (四)班級承諾對班級凝聚力有正向且直接的影響。 (五)班級凝聚力與成績表現之間沒有顯著的關係存在。 (六)透過班級承諾,導師領導間接顯著的影響班級凝聚力與成績表現。 (七)透過班級凝聚力,班級支持對成績表現的間接影響力並不顯著。 最後,本研究根據分析結果對導師領導提出相關的建議及看法。
The purpose of this study was to investigate and discuss the effects that mentor leadership and class support on class commitment, class cohesion, and achievement performance. The subjects of this study were students participating in 2001 Ling Tung College Tug-of-War competition. 250 questionnaires were distributed to participants and 237 were reported as validity corresponding with a 94.8% return rate. By computing the gathered data with LISREL 8.30, the findings of this study were concludes as follows: 1. Mentor leadership was positively and significantly related to class commitment. 2. Perceived class support was positively and significantly related to class cohesion. 3. Class commitment was positively and significantly related to achievement performance. 4. Class commitment was positively and significant related to class cohesion. 5. There was no positive and significant relations found between class cohesion and achievement performance. 6. Class commitment was positively and significantly mediating the relationship between mentor leadership and class cohesion, achievement performance. 7. Class cohesion was not positively and significantly mediating the relationship between class commitment and achievement performance. According to the findings of this study, researchers provide suggestions and personal opinions associated with leadership for mentors.
