本研究主要目的在探討體育教師轉換型領導風格與學生的學習投入、體育態度與參與動機之間的直接影響力與體育態度、學習投入在體育教師轉換型領導風格與參與動機之間的間接影響力。本研究以中南部的大學生為施測對象。研究者採用立意取樣的方式,有效問卷480份,所得資料以SPSS 21.0與AMOS 21.0統計軟體進行分析,經由研究結果發現:(一)轉換型領導風格對學習投入有顯著直接影響力,學習投入對體育態度有顯著直接影響力,學習投入對參與動機有顯著直接影響力,體育態度對參與動機有顯著直接影響力,轉換型領導風格對體育態度有顯著直接影響力,轉換型領導風格對參與動機沒有直接影響力。(二)體育態度在轉換型領導風格與參與動機之間有顯著間接影響力,學習投入在轉換型領導風格與參與動機之間有顯著間接影響力,學習投入與體育態度在轉換型領導風格對參與動機之間有顯著間接影響力,但間接影響力未具有差異。
The study discusses the direct effect of physical education instructors' transformational leadership styles and students' learning engagement, sports attitude, and participation motivation, as well as the indirect effect of transformational leadership styles and participation motivation on sports attitude and learning engagement. This research used purposive sampling and collected questionnaire from 480 undergraduate students of South and Central University, and analyzed the results via SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The study finds as follows: (1) There is significant direct effect of transformational leadership styles on learning engagement, of transformational leadership styles on sports attitude, of learning engagement on sports attitude, of learning engagement on participation motivation, and of sports attitude on participation motivation. There is no significant direct effect of transformational leadership style on participation motivation. (2) There is significant indirect effect of sports attitude on transformational leadership styles and participation motivation, of learning engagement on transformational leadership styles and participation motivation, and of learning engagement, sports attitude, and leadership styles on participation motivation.
