地籍資料庫管理系統規劃設計之構想

摘要

自民國三十六年迄今，土地測量局所產生之地籍測量成果爲數龐大，而如何設計一個完善的地籍資料庫系統來管理這些圖籍資料，不啻爲當前一個重要的課題。故本文就土地測量局現行作業流程做一整體性分析，圖規劃設計一個地籍資料庫管理系統，將現行的點收保管作業、維護更新作業及申請供應等作業納入自動化管理，以期達成提高人力運用、增加業務容量及增進決策品質等效益。本系統規劃計分建檔及異動管理子系統、查詢及繪圖管理子系統、申購及用戶管理子系統及圖庫管理子系統。文末並提及一些現存問題及建議方案，期使本計畫能更臻完美之境界。

Since the thirty-sixth year of R. O. C., the Bureau of Land Survey has produced enormous information of Cadastralsurvey. Therefore the most urgent problem facing the Bureau is to design a Cadastral Database management system. The present article aims at an overall analysis of the flow chart of the procedure now used at the Bureau. This article also attempts to design a Cadastral Database mamagement system by which to achieve the automation of the process for registration, preservation, maintance, updating, application and supply, and thereby to achieve a maximum efficiency of man-power emploment, and to increase the workload and to upgrade the decision-making quality.This design consists many subsystems. The subsystems are the management of filing system and transaction, the management of inquiry and graph-drawing, the management of user's application and map library.At the end of the article, some problems and proposals are advanced. We hope these proposals can make the present plan perfect.
