摘要

島嶼觀光在全世界已經發展行之有年，然而，澎湖島嶼觀光發展尚未健全。因此，對於澎湖的發展而言，了解全球島嶼觀光的趨勢非常重要。在本研究中，利用文獻收集法探討島嶼觀光發展中所遇到的問題、策略以及因應之道。最後研究中提出三項策略，分別爲「招商投資」、「發展風力資源」以及「創造觀光吸引力」，期望三項策略在未來對於澎湖島嶼觀光的發展有所幫助。

Island tourism has developed many years in the world. However, development of island tourism is not maturity in Penghu. Hence, it is important to refer the trends of global islands for Penghu to develop. In the research, the method of literature review was utilized to discuss the issues of global islands. There were trends, problems and how to deal. Through discussing those problems, strategies of island tourism developing were realized. The research suggested three strategies. There are business investment, developing wind resources and creating tourism attractions. Those strategies may be help tourism development for Penghu in the future.
