全國高級中等學校技藝競賽服裝設計組選手評選指標之研究

A Study of Contestants Selection for Clothing Design Division of the National High School Talent Competition

摘要


技藝競賽是培育國內未來基礎技術人才的搖籃,是極富教育意義的活動。而參賽者亦可藉此獲獎成名、技優保甄及證照取得等多項榮譽,使得各校教師卯足全力推選、培訓最合適參賽選手。然而在選擇選手過程中,常會有主觀性與不確定性因素存在,造成訓練過程中產生適應不佳,或中途退出等遺憾,因此評選最合適競賽選手成為重要目標。本研究以多準則決策,建構服裝設計組選手評選。首先透過文獻蒐集及專家訪談,建立評估之層級架構,共分成四大構面,十七項評估準則,並以分析層級程序法作為權重計算,獲取評估項目權重值。而後應用模糊理論之綜合評判法進行評選項目選取,以減少評選過程中產生的不確定性與模糊性。研究結果顯示,成品完整度構面屬於很符合等級;其次為設計構面,此模式建立有助於評選過程之理性與客觀化,提供教師在選手評選上能有參考依據。

National high school technical skill competition is one of meaningful programs or cradles to cultivate student with basic skills. For students, good performance in the competition means becoming famous, winning an opportunity to enter a better college, and getting a license. It also allows teachers and students to observe and learn from other contestants, with an educational aim to promote and develop occupation education. However, while deciding the best contestant, subjective factors and unpredictable factors might intervene, resulting in contestants quitting halfway because of not being able to get used to the training process. How to evaluate and decide the suitable contestant, therefore, becomes a significant issue. This research is mainly about using Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) to judge and decide contestants in clothing design division. First, collect data and interview experts to build up the hierarchy structure of grade point, which includes four structures and seventeen criteria. Then, do the weight calculation using Analytic Hierarchy Process method to get the weight values. Second, we construct a Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation method in attempt to reduce choice process uncertainty and indetermination. The results show that ”work integrity” belongs to ”very matched”, followed by ”design”. With Fuzzy theories, we can get a result, which hopefully will provide hereafter teachers with a set of standards to assess technical skills and decide the best contestant.
