中國大陸農村經濟發展中的組織演變：四川省瀘江市K鎭勞保製品專業技術協會的個案研究

為了發展農村經濟，大陸農村地區中出現了自發性的經濟組織－專業技術協會，卑業技術協會主要是以提供農業生產技術與服務為職能的合作性經濟組織，但是因為其組織屬性剛好填補了政府與農戶之間政策執行權力科層的空白，所以成為聯繫政府與社會的中介組織，而在政治與經濟因素的互動過程中，由於農村專業技術協會擁有政府的認可與支持，再加上其所能提供的技術與資金，結合政治資本與經濟資本之後，協會在當地經濟運作中的角色日趨重要，然而也正因為如此，使得農村專業技術協會與地方統治建制的關係日益密切，進而導致地方經濟出現統合主義發展模式的特徵。

In mainland China a new economic organization-the agricultural specialized technology association on ASTA-has spontaneously emergend during rural economic growth period. ASTA organizations provide agriculture technology and services to rural area. ASTA fills the gap between local governments and peasants when state policy is executed. ASTA receives the administration's approveal and support due to political and economic factors. Furthermore, ASTA's technology and capital means that these organizations can play an important role in the local economy. ASTA then leads to the coporatist development model.
