解說志工活動涉入、地方依附與滿意度之關係研究：以國立自然科學博物館爲例

Research on the Relationships among Volunteer Interpreters' Activity Involvement, Place Attachment and Satisfaction: A Case Study from the National Museum of Natural Science

摘要

本研究旨在將休閒遊憩理論應用到志願服務者身上，進而建構其活動涉入、地方依附與滿意度間之關係模式，以達成本研究之目的。研究者以國立自然科學博物館（科博館）的解說志工爲研究對象，共獲得有效樣本422份，經相關統計方法與結構方程模式(Structural Equation Modeling)來驗證此一模式的適配程度。
研究結果顯示活動涉入與地方依附皆正向且顯著地影響滿意度(γ=0.66, β=0.22)，其中活動涉入對滿意度的影響大於地方依附對滿意度之影響；活動涉入也正向且顯著地影響地方依附(γ=0.75)。換言之，在此模式中活動涉入的深淺比地方依附的強弱更能影響科博館解說志工的滿意程度；根據以上結果針對科博館解說志工的管理策略提出建言，以期增進其活動涉入與地方依附感，進而提高他們的滿意度，並對後續研究做出建議。

The purpose of this research was to construct a conceptual model of volunteer interpreters' activity involvement, place attachment and satisfaction, and further to validate the goodness of fit index of the model by conducting a Structural Equation Modeling. A total of 422 valid questionnaires were collected through face-to-face survey with volunteers at the National Museum of Natural Science (NMNS). The results showed that the volunteers' activity involvement and place attachment positively and significantly influenced their satisfaction (γ=0.66, β=0.22); their activity involvement also positively and significantly influenced place attachment (γ=0.75). In other words, the levels of activity involvement had more influences on volunteers' satisfaction at NMNS than place attachment did.
Based on the above results, some managerial suggestions for NMNS were proposed, including promoting volunteers' activity involvement and place attachment by encouraging them to develop their abilities and participate in various activities in NMNS, in order to enhance their satisfaction. Future research directions were also discussed.
