本研究引用Ajzen(1985)所提出之計畫行為理論(Theory of Planed Behavior,簡稱TPB),透過對「態度」、「主觀規範」、「知覺行為控制」的分析,探討大專院校餐旅(飲)系科校外實習學生對於校外實習制度與職涯規劃意圖關係。本研究調查目前正在國內飯店進行校外實習課程之大專院校實習生,總共發出450份問卷,實際回收318份問卷,有效問卷共計有304份,有效問卷回收率為67.56%。研究結果如下:一、不同年級的實習學生在校外實習態度方面具有顯著差異。二、不同性別、有無打工經驗及不同實習資歷的實習學生對校外實習知覺行為控制方面具有顯著差異。三、校外實習態度、校外實習主觀規範與校外實習知覺行為控制彼此之間呈現正向相關。四、校外實習態度對職涯規劃意圖具有正向影響。五、校外實習主觀規範對職涯規劃意圖具有負向影響。六、校外實習知覺行為控制對職涯規劃意圖並無任何影響。
Based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB) proposed by Ajzen (1985), the research explored the relationship of internship principle out of campus and career planning intention for the interns in the department of hospitality of universities by analyzing the attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control so as to understand the difference with different background variables and correlation of attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control of interns out of campus as well as influence of future career planning intention. The research investigated interns of universities who are currently interning in 30 domestic tourist hotels. We have distributed 450 questionnaires and finally got 304 valid questionnaires. The return rate of valid questionnaire is 67.56%. The research results are as follows: 1. For students from different grades, there is significant difference towards the attitude of internship out of campus. 2. For interns with different genders, working experience and intern qualifications, there is significant difference towards perceived behavioral control of internship out of campus. 3. There is a positive correlation among attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control out of campus. 4. Internship attitude out of campus shows a positive influence on career planning intention. 5. Subjective planning of Internship out of campus shows a negative influence on career planning intention. 6. Perceived behavioral control of internship out of campus doesn't show influence on career planning intention.
