The study aimed to explore the relationships among sport volunteer enduring involvement, team identity and satisfaction and the main research topic focused on sport volunteer. The participants were the teammates of Kao San Ching Cycling Team in Changhua County. Samples were chosen in the mode of convenience sample, and there were total 142 effective samples. By means of the questionnaires and SEM to examine the modes of the study, the result showed that the modes matched moderately. The findings of the study were as follows: Enduring involvement would positively affect team identity. Enduring involvement would positively affect volunteer job satisfaction. Team identity would positively affect volunteer job satisfaction. The results of the study provided the governors of the Kao San Ching Cycling Team in Changhua County with the strategies of sport volunteer enduring involvement, team identity increase and satisfaction enhancement and also offered suggestions to relative government departments and future researchers.
