本研究之主要目的在驗證個體層次的大學生學習投入對學生學習滿意度的影響,並以教師創意教學行為作為班級層次變項,進行跨層次的班級層次教師創意教學行為對學生學習滿意度影響分析,以及教師創意教學行為調節學生學習投入對學生學習滿意度影響關係。收集71位大學體育教師及1065位大學生問卷資料。資料回收後使用階層線性模式進行跨層次分析,分析結果發現,在個人層次方面,學生學習投入對學生學習滿意度有顯著正向影響。在跨層次分析方面,班級層次的教師創意教學行為對個人層次學生學習滿意度有顯著正向影響。在跨層次調節分析,學校層次的教師創意教學行為在個人層次學生學習投入與學生學習滿意度之間有調節作用。以上結果可提供理論與實務上應用參考。
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between learning engagement, and learning satisfaction of university students (at the person-level) and a cross-level effect on students' learning satisfaction of creative teaching behavior of physical education teachers (at the class-level) and a moderator effect of creative teaching behavior of physical education teachers on the relationship between learning engagement, and learn satisfaction. This study collected 71 physical education teachers from universities and 1065 studies from physical education class. Data analysis by hierarchical linear modeling, the study found: At the person-level, the learning engagement has positive impacts on learning satisfaction. The creative teaching behavior of physical education teachers at the class-level has positive impacts on students' learning satisfaction (at the person-level). The creative teaching behavior of physical education teachers at the class-level has moderating effects on the relationship between learning satisfaction of university students. The study provides implications and applications for cross-level studies.
