無線射頻辨識系統(RFID,Radio frequency Identification System)技術在近幾年來被廣泛地討論與研究,這是因為此技術所能應用的領域非常廣泛如:運輸業、交通運輸、門禁管制、精品業、聯合票證系統、醫療業等等不勝枚舉,再加上RFID技術已漸漸成熟使得採用成本不再令業者望塵莫及,故使得RFID技術蓬勃發展。 本研究基於以上之背景,希望能使各應用領域之業者在導入RFID技術系統於營運或資產管理之作業流程時,對於所會面臨到之關鍵科技問題能有所了解,且從管理角度來探討相關之科技問題,使非科技背景之管理人員能了解導入RFID技術可能會面臨之科技議題為何。 因此本論文依照研究所需將RFID系統分類成三大組件:標籤、讀取器與應用系統,將所可能面臨到之關鍵科技問題分類為三個主架構:標籤、讀取器與連網方式,再由各主架構來探討分析出重要考量向度。最後再對所面臨之問題提出可行解決方案之建議。而為使本研究更具說服力,故將研究所得關鍵科技問題考量向度用於貨櫃營運與資產管理之個案研討。
RFID (Radio frequency Identification System) has been extensively studied and discussed in recent years, because this technology can be applied to many fields such as transportation, security management, fine shops, united ticket systems and medical treatments. Besides, the RFID technology has gradually matured and sophisticated so that it is almost accessible to anyone, which make the technology become burgeoning and thriving. The above information is the backgrounds of the study aims to help managers in all fields understand what key technology problems they will face when they intend to apply RFID into their operation and asset managements. The study discusses the related problems from the views of managers. The RFID system consists of tag, reader and application system. And the crucial technology problems can be separated into three main frames: tag, reader and the way of connecting the net. Then the study will discuss and analyze the problem based on those three main frames. At the last, the study proposes the possible solutions and suggestions to the problems we discussed. And to make the study more plausible, It demonstrates how to apply the RFID system to container yard operations.
