策略管理是管理學主流之一,於管理實務應用極廣。將已形塑之策略管理學理整理以後續應用於運動領域為本研究核心命題,為達成系統化應用策略管理學理於運動領域之目的,本研究課題有三:一、以奧林匹克運動發展解明其與策略運用之關係;二、考察策略管理於軍事、商業等領域的形成脈絡及實質內容;三、探討策略管理屬性及台灣運動環境特色,提出策略管理應用於本土運動領域的範疇。本文主要採歷史研究法,將蒐集之東、西方具代表性策略管理文獻典籍加以整理、分析、考証、解釋與評論,研究結果發現: 一、奧林匹克運動(Olympic Movement)之發展,兼具運動與軍事、政治、商業等相互依存之「策略」關係。 二、策略在軍事及商業發達後,策略管理學術內容日益充實,依附在管理學,發展成為一門具有特色取向之學問。 三、本研究提出以運動競賽實戰、公部門政策制定及私部門產業發展之劃分,作為策略管理應用的範疇,提供後續研究之參考。 本文試圖吸納策略管理發展的若干成果,探討其後續運用至運動各相關領域的可行性,希望有助於提昇運動發展之競爭力。俟運動發展策略個案之特殊性、原創性被發掘後,亦蘊含運動領域之策略管理創新模式。而已發表之運動相關策略管理實證研究內容,限於篇幅無法細述,列為研究限制,日後另行探討。
Strategy management has becoming one of the main stream of management, and it has been applied in practical way broadly. How to apply the formed theories of strategy management into the sequent research in the sport field is the core thesis of this study. In order to achieve the purpose of putting the formed strategy management theories on the study in sport field systematically. There are three subjects in this study: A: to clarify the relationships between the development of Olympic Movement and strategy application; B: to inspect the formed clues and the subject matters of strategic management through military, commerce and other fields; C: to bring up the categories of strategy management fitting in local sport field based on the attribution of strategy management and the feature of Taiwanese sport conditions, and then. The main methodology adopted is historical research, which can sort out, analyze, criticize, interpret the representative documents of strategic management from the Orientation and the Occident. The research results are as follows: Firstly, the developing process of Olympic Movement has had the interdependent strategically relationship with sport, military, politics, commerce and so on. Secondly, after the prosperity of military and commerce, the academic contents of strategy management have been enriched day by day, and become a particular main stream attached under management. Thirdly, this research categorizes the application of strategy management in the sport field into the exercise of athletic sport, the policy-making of civil service, and the expanding of enterprise. For increasing the competition of sport, this study reviewed the classic research in progress and discussed the following applied feasibility in the field of sport. After the particular and the original strategies in the cases of sport being discovered, the innovative model from the sport field may contribute to strategy management. The all presented papers related sport strategy are too detailed to discussed as this research limitation, it above issue will be addressed in future study.
