雙層竹炭織物製備及染色性之研究

摘要


本研究是以竹炭紗為緯紗,一般棉紗為經紗,在梭織物打樣機製備出各種不同竹炭紗比例之單層平紋、雙層平紋及雙層斜紋等複合織物,比較竹炭紗/棉紗複合織物的除臭、蓄熱保溫、電阻度、負離子、及色差等性質。經研究結果可知,添加竹炭紗之複合織物具有良好的除臭性能;雙層織物的表面溫度也會因裏層竹炭紗密度的增加而有更好的蓄熱保溫性能,而單層複合織物的效果更為明顯;對於電阻度測量的效果隨著竹炭紗緯密的增加而電阻性有逐漸增大的趨勢,但是效果不顯著;在負離子產生方面,因複合織物內含竹炭紗,比起純棉紗織物更有效果,但織物經緯密的影響不會太大;另外竹炭紗/棉紗之雙層織物的表層顏色,會因表層棉紗的密度高而得到較佳的染色及覆蓋效果。 而以雙層平紋與斜紋織物比較,經研究結果可知雙層斜紋織物之蓄熱保溫性能、電阻度、染色性優於雙層平紋織物,且有較佳除臭效果;另雙層平紋織物色差較大,其覆蓋效果較差。

In this study the bamboo charcoal yarn and cotton yarn are used as the weft yarn and the warp yarn to make single plain compound fabrics, double plain compound fabrics, and double twill compound fabrics in different percent of bamboo charcoal yarn with to research on various characters, such as deodorization, accumulation of heat, conductivity, negative ions and colors. According to the result of the study, bamboo charcoal yarn pound fabric has excellent ability to remove stinks. And if the density of bamboo charcoal yarn increases, double fabrics will have better ability to keep warm, but the effect on compound fabric is more obvious. Also, as the destiny of bamboo charcoal yarn rises, the conductivity is getting greater and greater, however, the effect on compound fabric is not conspicuous. Because of the inclusion of bamboo charcoal yarn, compound fabric produces more negative ions than cotton fabric. Besides, the surface color of double fabric has better effect on dyeing due to the high destiny of cotton yarn. Based on the result of the study, we can know that double twill compound fabrics has better accumulation of heat , conductivity and coloration than double plain compound fabrics, and it also remove bad smell effectively. Moreover, the colour aberration of double plain fabric is clearer, so its cover effect is poorer.
