文化創意產業是全球產業發展的趨勢,亦是臺灣近十年來經濟發展的主要動力,政府期望透過文化創意產業的導入給予鄉鎮地方傳統產業不同的新面貌,並期許能藉此發展文化觀光與保存臺灣特有的傳統文化技藝。文化觀光是近幾年促進鄉鎮地區發展的觀光趨勢,隨著國人旅遊習慣的改變,深度旅遊似乎取代了走馬看花的旅行方式,文化觀光變成了旅行的另一種新選擇。國內現階段文化觀光的發展與傳統文化的保存有目共睹,但傳統文化與技藝的傳承尚未完全落實,主要原因是文化創意產業與文化觀光發展的目標不盡相同。文化觀光雖然促進了鄉鎮觀光人潮,文化創意產業亦帶來了經濟效益,但仍然欠缺吸引年輕族群返鄉就業並學習傳承傳統文化的拉力。因此本研究以南投縣竹山鎮的「小鎮文創股份有限公司」為例,探討其如何透過青年創業模式將文化創意產業與文化觀光融入竹山鎮的傳統商家,並分析「小鎮文創股份有限公司」青年創業模式裡,帶給傳統產業隱性知識的移轉價值為何,與其未來可能延伸的影響力。筆者期望透過個案的研究與訪談,分享其經營的理念並提供國內鄉鎮一個地方發展與傳統文化傳承的新思維。
“Cultural creative industries” is the global development tendency. The Taiwan government expects to restructure and preserve the traditional industries by adapting cultural creative industries. “Cultural tourism” has been a new style of traveling recently. Traveling is not only a good way for relaxing but also a new way to understand the lifestyle and the history of the people. Through cultural creative industries and cultural tourism to promote local economic development is also an important policy of Taiwan government. However, the policy can promote the traditional industries but cannot attract the young people return to their hometown to learn the skill and knowledge of those traditional industries. This study examines how the Townway Corporation develops the traditional industries in Jhushan township by using cultural creative industries and cultural tourism. In addition, it analyzes the value of the tacit knowledge and how tacit knowledge transfered between the traditional industries and young entrepreneurs. At last, it suggests that the Young Entrepreneus Model has provided a new idea for passing down the traditional culture in Taiwan.
