全職實習諮商心理師心理資本與專業耗竭之相關研究

本研究旨在探討全職實習諮商心理師的心理資本與專業耗竭的關係，以108、109、110學年度有全職諮商實習經驗之實習心理師為研究對象進行問卷調查，共回收151份有效問卷。所使用之研究工具包括「實習心理師心理資本問卷」、「諮商心理師專業耗竭問卷」。所得資料以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關等統計方法，進行資料處理分析，獲致結論分述如下：一、全職實習諮商心理師心理資本普遍具有中高程度。二、全職實習資師心理師專業耗竭程度表現普遍較低。三、全職實習諮商心理師的心理資本與專業耗竭呈顯著負相關。四、自我效能與希望對於專業耗竭有預測力。五、全職實習諮商心理師男性較女性自我效能較高。六、25歲下全職實習諮商心理師其心理資本較其他年齡者低。七、在醫院實習之全職實習諮商心理師其自我效能高於在社區機構的實習生。八、108學年度全職實習諮商心理師較109與110學年度有較高心理資本。九、年齡較長之全職實習諮商心理師其專業耗竭程度較低。

The purpose of the research was to investigate the relationship between psychological capital and burnout of the full-time internship counseling psychologists.A questionnaire suvey is conducted on the counseling intership in the 108,109 110 academic year,and got151 effective sample to analyze.Instruments used in the study included Psychology Questionnaire for Counseling Intership and the Burnout of Counseling Phychologist Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by the procedures of descriptive statistics,t-test,ANOVA,and Pearson product-moment correlation. The result of the study were as follows: 1.The psychological capital of full-time intern counseling psychologists generally has a medium to high level. 2. The performance of full-time internship counseling psychologists is generally lower in the degree of burnout. 3. The psychological capital of full-time counseling psychologists is significantly negatively correlated with burnout. 4. Self-efficacy and hope are predictive of burnout. 5. Full-time counseling psychologist males have higher self-efficacy than females 6.Full-time psychologists under the age of 25 have lower psychological capital than those of other ages. 7. Self-efficacy of full-time intern counseling psychologists in hospitals is higher than interns in community agencies. 8.Self-efficacy of full-time intern counseling psychologists in hospitals is higher than interns in community agencies. 9.Older full-time trainee counseling psychologists have lower levels of professional exhaustion.
