本研究主要目的是要評估性教育種子師資充能介入的效果,及日後推動性教育工作的狀況及困難。以參加九十三年桃園縣性教育師資培訓課程研習之中學教師及相關人員為對象,進行教育前、後問卷測量,追蹤訪談性教育工作推動狀況。研究工具參考國內、外文獻擬定,經信、效度測量後成結構式問卷。研究結果發現: 1.參與性教育師資培訓研習之教師,九成以上肯定研習內容及對性教育教學的幫助。 2.教師在研習後,關於「性覺察度、性知識、性態度、性教育教學自我效能、教師充能」都顯著優於研習前。 3.追蹤訪談教師,表示該研習活動,對性教學工作有重要的幫助;困難部份有性教育資源未妥善整合,現在社會與「性」有關的亂象,需要可說服的哲學理念基礎。 根據研究發現提出未來教育及研究上的建議。
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention on the Sexuality Education Training Program and the development of and difficulties in the promotion of the sexuality program. Sixty-six high school teachers and educators, who participated in the 1994 Sexuality Education In-Service Training Program in Taoyuan, were the subjects. A pre-test and a post-test was given to each participant, and a follow-up interview was conducted to determine their subsequent application of this sexuality education. A self-designed semi-structured questionnaire was made up with reference to the related domestic and foreign literature, with validity and reliability. The results of this study are the followings: 1. Over 90% of the participants agreed on the program content and were benefited by the sexuality education program. 2. The participants scored significantly higher in the post-test on ”self-awareness”, ”sex knowledge”, ”sex attitude”, ”self-efficacy on sexuality education teaching” and ”teacher empowerment” than in the pre-test. 3. Interview analysis indicated that this in-service activity was significantly conducive to teaching sexuality education and that the difficulties in teaching were the unintegrated sexuality education resources, the sex-related chaotic phenomena in the society, and the lack of convincible theoretical foundation of philosophy. Suggestions were made in terms of education and research in the future according to the results of the study.
