本研究目的探討大專桌球代表隊教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力模式,研究方法應用SPSS與Amos統計軟體進行分析。本研究以2016年2月27日到2月28日在國立臺灣師範大學體育館綜合球場國立台灣師範大學綜合球場參賽第十屆師大盃全國大專院校桌球邀請賽選手為母群體,採便利抽樣的方式於體育館內施測300份問卷,回收有效問卷共263份,回收有效問卷率為87.67%。研究結果顯示大專桌球代表隊教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力模式具有良好模型適配度與信效度,而研究假設桌球選手的教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力具有顯著影響成立。因此根據研究結果提出具體建議:教練與團隊成員進行溝通,以了解自己的領導行為、了解運動員所喜愛的領導行為,終身學習進而調整自己的領導方式、瞭解團隊成員的需求、加強團隊合作及人際親合。
The purpose of this research was to discuss coaches' leadership behavior and team cohesion model of junior college table tennis teams, and apply SPSS and Amos. This research took table tennis players who had participated in the 10th National Taiwan Normal University Cup National College Table Tennis Tournament held in comprehensive stadium of National Taiwan Normal University from February 27 to February 28, 2016 as the parent population. 300 questionnaires were distributed at the stadium by the method of convenience sampling, in which, 263 questionnaires were validly recovered, and the effective recovery ratio was 87.67%. The result showed that coaches' leadership behavior and team cohesion model of junior college table tennis teams had good model fitness and reliability and validity. So the hypothesis that coaches' leadership behavior and team cohesion model of table tennis player showed significant was tenable. According to the results of the research, researchers put forward concrete suggestions: the coaches should communicate with team members in order to understand their own leadership behavior, understand the leadership behavior accepted by the athletes; take lifelong learning to adjust their leadership style and understand the needs of the team members; strengthen teamwork and interpersonal affinity.
