近年來,教育部積極推廣校外實習課程,希望可以降低學生的失業問題,而創業教育的推動也可以讓學生有更多元的就業選擇,因此本研究希望可以在學生校外實習課程中融入創業教育的精神,培養學生創業家精神與創業知能,最終研究目的為規劃科技大學電資系科學生創業導向校外實習課程之架構。利用焦點團體訪談進行研究,邀請電資領域實習機構主管10位、電資領域專家學者5位及有與大學合作產學訓專班的高工實習主任1位出席焦點團體會議,以獲得學生參與校外實習對學生是否有所影響與學生是否有被培養創業家精神及創業知能,將訪談結果綜合歸納後,運用所得之資料規劃可培養學生創業家精神及創業知能之校外實習課程架構。最後得到之研究結論為:科技校院電資系科創業導向課程架構可分為三部分:一為在校修課期間應修習之課程8個單元,二為校外實習期間應修習之課程6個單元,三則是實習結束後應完成之報告。
In recent years, the Ministry of Education promotes off-campus internship actively, with the hope of reducing the unemployment problems of students. On the other hand, entrepreneurship education allows students to have more diverse employment options. The goal of this study is to integrate entrepreneurship education curriculum into students' off-campus internship. If students could be well trained to have the ability of innovative entrepreneurs, they would still have the ability even though they do not start up any business. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to construct a curriculum framework of Entrepreneurship-Embeded off-campus internship. A group of experts would be invited for interviews to discuss their opinions about the current off-campus internship and the abilities needed to start their own business. We interview with relevant teachers and professors to share their thoughts of how the off-campus internship affects students’ ability of entrepreneurship. The conclusions of this study indicated that the curriculum framework of off-campus internship for Entrepreneurship-Embeded in department of electrical and information engineering in technological universities can be divided into three parts: (1) 8 units should be taught within campus (2) 5 units should be taught in off-campus internship program. (3) Off-campus internship report should be completed.
