室內設計業者個人屬性、職業成熟、成就動機與工作滿足之關係研究

The Relationships among Individual Attributes, Vocational Maturity, Achievement Motivation and Job Satisfaction of Interior Design Practitioners.

摘要


室內設計的最終目的是提供使用者心理、生理健康的環境,滿足使用者對於室內空間的各種需求。要達成此一目的,室內設計業者扮演著重要的角色,職業成熟度愈高的室內設計業者個案完成滿意度會較高,並且在工作中會得到較多的成就動機與工作滿足,使每個設計個案能得到完美成果。因此,本研究將探討室內設計業者個人屬性、職業成熟、成就動機與工作滿足四者之間的關聯性。 這是針對室內設計業者的一份實徵性研究,主要在探討業者職業成熟、成就動機與工作滿足間的關係。本研究大部份以北部、中部室內設計業者為問卷調查對象,經以電腦統計軟體SPSS對202份有效問卷做統計分析結果發現: 1、室內設計業者對於職業成熟的六個因素(重視程度在70%以上)、成就動機的三個因素(重視程度在65%以上)以及工作滿足因素(重視程度在70%以上)都很重視。 2、個人屬性變項間「年齡」與「性別」達顯著關聯;「專業教育背景」與「性別」以及「最高學歷」達顯著關聯;「業界經驗」與「性別」、「年齡」達顯著關聯;「職務身分」與「性別」、「年齡」、「最高學歷」、「專業教育背景」以及「業界經驗」達顯著關聯。 3、男女性別的不同對「自我肯定」、「資訊應用」、「自我認知」、「價值觀念」等四項職業成熟因素有顯著差異,成就動機方面,「精熟競爭」男性較女性重視;在「年齡」方面對職業成熟有顯著之差異;在「最高學歷」、「專業教育背景」與「職務身分」方面對職業成熟與成就動機有顯著之差異;在「業界經驗」方面對職業成熟與工作滿足也有顯著差異。 4、職業成熟各因素以及成就動機、工作滿足之間絕大部分有顯著相關,除了「成就自我」與職業成熟、工作滿足未達相關外,其餘均為顯著相關。 5、工作滿足的預測變項為「自我認知」、「工作導向」、「精熟競爭」,這三個變項聯合可預測工作滿足65.1%的變異量。 本研究結果可作為室內設計業提昇人力資源管理效能之參考。 關鍵詞:室內設計、個人屬性、職業成熟、成就動機、工作滿足

The final destination of interior design is to provide a healthy environment of user’s psychology and physiology, and satisfied all requirements of spaces. To reach the objective, interior design practitioner is the key. Higher vocational maturity makes the higher satisfactions, and gets more achievement motivation and job satisfaction to make the case perfectly. The research will investigate the relationships among individual attributes, vocational maturity, achievement motivation, and job satisfaction of interior design practitioners. This is an empirical research on the relationships among individual attributes, vocational maturity, achievement motivation, and job satisfaction of interior design practitioners, most questionnaires from middle and north Taiwan. The data collected from 202 interior design practitioners were analyzed using SPSS. The statistically significant findings are as follows: 1. To the interior design practitioners, the six factors of vocational maturity (about 70% of importance), the three factors of achievement motivation (about 65% of importance), and the component of job satisfaction (about 70% of importance) were all regarded as “substantially important”. 2. To the personal variable, there were significant correlations among the age and gender, and so does the profession educational background, gender, and scholarship, and so does the experience, gender and age, and so does the job position, gender, age, scholarship, profession educational background and job position. 3. There were significant correlations among the four factors of vocational maturity, achievement-ego, information applications, shelf-known, values, of different gender. In mastery competitions, male is better then female. There were significant correlations of the vocational maturity to the age. There were significant among the scholarship, profession educational background, and job position of the vocational maturity and achievement motivation. There were significant correlations of the experience to the vocational maturity and job satisfaction. 4. Gender, age, experience and position significantly affected the four components of vocational maturity, achievement motivation, and job satisfdction . 5. Ego, work orientation, mastery competitions were predictive variables for job satisfaction. All the three components can predictive job satisfaction’s variables about 65.1%. The results of this study are expected to be helpful to the improvement of human resource management for the interior design profession.
