本研究旨在瞭解目前國民中學教師組織溝通與工作滿意度之現況,並探討教師組織溝通與工作滿意度之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以桃園縣國民中學教師為研究對象,採分層隨機抽樣方式取樣495人,有效回收問卷478份,有效回收率為96.56%。根據資料分析之結果,本研究獲致以下之結論: 一、教師在整體組織溝通的知覺程度屬中等程度,其中「非正式溝通」層面的得分最高。 二、教師在整體工作滿意度的感受程度屬中等程度,其中「工作本身」層面的得分最高。 三、兼任行政工作之教師其組織溝通知覺較高。 四、女性、年輕者、兼任行政工作、小型或大型學校規模之教師其工作滿意度知覺較高。 五、國中教師組織溝通與教師工作滿意度之間呈正相關。 六、國中教師組織溝通對教師工作滿意度具有顯著之預測力。
This study aimed to find out the levels of the junior high school teachers’ organizational communication , their job satisfaction and the relationship between these two variables. The study adopted survey method and the questionnaires were given to the teachers of junior high schools in Taoyuan county by stratified random sampling. The questionnaires were mailed to 495 teachers, and valid response rate were 96.56%. and 478 teachers participated in this study. The results of the study were summarized as the following: 1. The teachers’ organizational communication were at medium level. The “informal communication” dimension received the highest score of organizational communication . 2. The teachers’ job satisfaction were at medium level. The “work” dimension received the highest score of job satisfaction . 3. Teachers who participated administrative work perceived higher organizational communication than other teachers. 4. Teachers who were female ,younger , participated administrative work ,or worked in small or large size schools perceived higher job satisfaction than other groups of teachers. 5. There was a positive correlation between teachers’ organizational communication and their job satisfaction. 6. Teachers’ organizational communication could predict significantly on their job satisfaction .
