摘要

經濟生產與環境保護之間的議題，在 1970 年代受到全球各國屬目，隨著全球氣候暖化的趨勢更加嚴重，在地狹人稠，四周環海的台灣，以電子零組件製造為產業代工大國，是如何有效推動環境保護之工作？台灣遭遇多元的經濟貿易自由體系下，是用什麼「關鍵因素」來推動環境保護呢？本研究系以模糊層級分析法（Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process，FAHP），探究企業與環保之間的課題。

研究所得之主要結論如下：「法規架構與執行」與「社會認知與態度」這兩大構面合計權重值達69％，在目前「社會環保意識高張」競爭激烈的電子零組件製造產業，決策者應將其列為最優先考量之層面。

Issues of economic production and environmental protection in the 1970s by the world's
countries are present, as the global warming trend is more severe in the densely populated,
surrounded by the sea in Taiwan to manufacture electronic components for the industrial OEM
country, is how to effectively promote the work of environmental protection? Taiwan's
economy suffered under diverse system of trade freedom, what "key factors" to promote
environmental protection with it? This study is based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process
(Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, FAHP), explore issues between business and environmental protection.
The main conclusions of the Institute was as follows: "legal framework and enforcement"
and "social cognition and attitude" of these two dimensions total weight value of 69%, in the
current "social environmental awareness hypertonic" highly competitive electronic
components manufacturing industry, decision-making who should be listed as the first priority
level.
