個人化行動導覽的最大優點即是利用手機或行動裝置以無線網路環境,連上網路做即時性的導覽,而不需要藉由人員或小冊子的導覽方式。本研究以國立高雄餐旅學院的校園戶外雕塑為導覽標的,將導覽內容建置在後端資料庫,並將後端資料庫的網址,以QR Code(Quick Response Code)的方式加以編碼,並將QR Code列印後放置在導覽標的物的旁邊,使用者在導覽時使用手機或行動裝置的相機功能截取QR Code影像,配合手機或行動裝置內的QR Code解碼程式即可將QR Code還原成網址,使用者輕易地使用此網址連結至後端資料庫,隨即得到自己想要的導覽資訊。 為了解參觀者對於行動導覽之接受程度,本研究合併科技接受模式(Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)和創新擴散理論(Innovation Diffusion Theory, IDT),將研究構面依導覽特性整合為相對優勢、相容性、複雜性、信任及可試用性為自變數,影響使用者態度的接受並推薦。回收有效研究樣本為131份,分析結果發現,年齡、性別對自變數的影響無顯著差異,使用者對信任與可試用性的認知越高,對接受並推薦有顯著的正向影響。其餘自變數對接受並推薦的影響不顯著。 本研究建議建置戶外行動導覽環境時,資料庫設計必須考慮頻寬、行動裝置螢幕大小與資料量三者之間的平衡,本研究僅納入九項影音資訊以維持導覽時的流暢性與最佳觀視方式,未來如果建置在如WiMax以上的無線網路環境,可考慮多納入其他展覽品訊息。
Connecting the Internet by wireless environment and mobile devices has the advantage of instant tour-guide without the dependency of any guider or brochure. The study took the statues outside of the National Koahsiung Hospitality College as the target. Building the guide information into the database and coding the address of data- base as QR Code (Quick Response Code), the printed 2D barcodes have been, set beside the tour-guide statues. The user then could use the camera of mobiles devices to capture the image of 2D barcode. Applying with the decoding program to restore the Uniform Resource Locator (URL)of the targeted statues, the user will get the tour-guide information he/she needs from the remote database. To realize the user acceptance of mobile tour-guide, the study combined the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT)to integrate the aspects characteristics as relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, trust and trialability as the independent variables. From the analyed results of statistics, it shows that there is no obvious influences on the age and gender regarding the 131 effective samples. The more they trust and trialability it, the higer acceptance and recommendation will be. Nevertheless, the other independent variables do not have any significant influences. This study explores as setting the outside tour-guide environment, the balance about bandwidth 、the screen's size of cellular devices and the amount of the database is the most important. This study only use nine different media information to keep the quality. It is able to have more information if setting the Wimax internet environment.
