南投縣國小教師老化素養、活躍老化學習認知與學習需求之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解南投縣國小教師老化素養、活躍老化學習認知與學習需求之關係。為達研究目的,本研究參考現有文獻及相關理論,建立研究架構,再自編及修訂「南投縣國小教師老化素養、活躍老化學習認知與學習需求調查問卷」對南投縣國小教師進行問卷調查。總計回收有效問卷507份。經統計分析,獲得結論如下: 一、南投縣國小教師的「老化素養」反應程度頗高。 二、南投縣國小教師對「活躍老化學習主題」認知程度高,在其各層面中以「運動保健」得分最高,而以「貢獻服務」得分最低。 三、南投縣國小教師認為用藥安全、睡眠品質、學習正向思考、家人相處及親友照顧等學習主題最為重要且學習需求也最高。 四、南投縣國小教師認為交通安全、營養知識、社會重要議題與趨勢、性別知識及動手做課程最不重要且學習需求也最低。 五、年齡愈高,對「生活安全」、「運動保健」與「心靈成長」層面的認知及學習需求愈高。 六、預計5年內退休者,對「生活安全」、「運動保健」與「心靈成長」層面的重要性認知最高。 七、服務年資在「21-25年」組別,對「運動保健」及「心靈成長」的認知最高。 八、在「人際交往」與「貢獻服務」層面的認知及學習需求,不因背景因素而有所差異。 九、預計5年內退休者,對「心靈成長」層面的學習需求最高。 十、服務年資在「21-25年」組別,對「運動保健」及「心靈成長」的學習需求最高。 十一、南投縣國小教師的「老化素養」反應愈高,其「活躍老化學習主題認知」及「學習需求」也會愈高。 十二、南投縣國小教師的「老化素養」對「活躍老化學習認知」、「學習需求」具有預測力

The purpose of the study is to understand the relationship among ageing litercy, active ageing learning cognition and learning needs of elementary school teachers in Nantou County .In order to achieve the goal of the study, this study is based on the review of related documents and theories, establishing the study framework. The instrument was “Questionnaire of ageing literacy, active ageing learning cognition and learning needs for teachers in Nantou County” The research takes the teachers in Nantou County as the major research group. The effective questionnaires returned reaches 507 copies. The main findings of the study are as follows: 1.The respondent level of ageing literacy of the teachers in Nantou County is good. 2.The cognitive level and learning needs of active ageing learning subject of the teachers in Nantou County is high, the highest is exercise and health however the contribution and service has the lowest score. 3.The elementary school teachers in Nantou County believe the learning of drug safety, quality of sleep, learning positive thinking, family relationship and caring for family are the most significant contents and learning needs. 4.The older the teachers are the higher learning needs of life safety、exercise and health and spiritual growth. 5.For those who plan to retire in 5 years, the cognition on life safety、exercise and health and spiritual growth reaches the highest. 6.For the group with 21-25-year seniority, the cognition on exercise and health and spiritual growth reaches the highest score. 7.On the cognition and learning needs of interpersonal relationship and contribution and service, there is no difference due to different background factors. 8.For those who plan to retire in 5 years, learning needs of spiritual growth goes to the highest. 9.For the group with 21-25-year seniority, learning needs of exercise and spiritual growth are the highest. 10.The teachers who have higher respondent level on ageing literacy have higher cognition on active ageing learning subject and learning needs. 11.The ageing literacy of teachers in Nantou County has predictive ability on cognition of active ageing learning subject and learning needs.
